I do not remember ever dealing with a company as horrible as this. The manager Stephanie is incompetent and not truthful. You can only reach her is she happens to answer the phone because everyone else has quit or gone on break. I waited 6 weeks for a part and then they brought out the wrong part. I had ordered the part myself and when they put it in the broke the door on my wine cooler which they then refused to fix claiming it was broken. Not only was it not broken the first service tech never indicated it was broken. This is the most incompetnet business i have ever dealt with. It is amazing they are still in businress. Don't use them!!!

My mom had her dryer serviced on Friday May 13th by tech Anthony Molina. He never opened the appliance covers. There was never a problem with the washer, only a problem with the dryer. He recommended they buy a brush from Home Depot to clean the dryer. They were charged $99 for the washer and $59 for the dryer. The dryer was not fixed and the washer was never an issue. My parents called the Appliance Doctor and they replaced two parts and charged them $185 and the dryer now works like new. My mom called Premier Service Group to request a refund and was told it would be handled. A couple of weeks later she followed up and was told that her request for a refund would be denied because it was a service call. My parents are now filing a claim to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you guys for ripping off seniors.

The lack of communication with this company is unbelievable. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a repair today and after a few hours into my "service window" I called for an update, they said "part hasn't arrived, no one is coming." Don't you think that is information you can easily pass onto the customer prior to the service call time? My appliance has been down for over 4 months because of wrong troubleshooting and lack of customer care. They are over priced, never repair anything the first time and unfortunately they are some of the only people that repair Viking. If zero stars was an option i'd choose it.

Awful customer service, one star is too much. Premier Service Group came out to our home as a service provider through our American Home Shield warranty. When they left over a week ago they promised to get back to us about the parts needed to fix our oven. Frustrated that I hadn't heard back I call them and was informed, "we are still looking online for the required parts." Really?! I am sure if I hadn't initiated a call to them they probably wouldn't have ever gotten back to us. I suggest you do yourself a favor find someone that cares about their customers to service your appliances.

I have had years of personal experience with this company with all of my home appliances repaired by PSG. These technicians are the only ones I would ever trust to inspect & repair my units as well as be in my home. They are sincere with comforting honest integrity.

There is no other company I cannot trust other than than PSG. This company is as transparent as can be. They value your sense of urgency & have full understanding that anyone could hope from a company, they fit all their customers in their schedules to the absolute best of their abilities.

Premier Service Group holds compassion and understand the needs and priorities of all their customers and will do everything they can to get their jobs completed in a timely matter. These employees have their own appliances and have the deeper understand more than anyone who is not in this repair business.

They do not leave their customers cold and dry. Just as anywhere wise, There is still only so much that can be done to help more than 100 + customers.
Inputting NEW customer info and scheduling as well as ADDITIONAL units being added to multiple customer tickets. This will continue daily, all day.
8am - 5pm, there is not enough time in a single day ♡

Premier Service Group lives up to being Premier and deserves MORE than a 5 star review. As appliances grow with technology, so do their technicans who receive exceptional continued training.

They are organized organized as you can get, ready as can be, prompt, honest and take pride in their work. You won't find another company who puts their heart from their sleeve into their work for everyone service call.

    You won't find a better company than PSG. Every single company out there has had negative reviews and issues from time to time, no one is perfect. If there are any negative reviews are there a few things to keep in mind;

Some customers can be ( for any company ) too pushy and expectant and are the ones who let themselves down since they can fail to acknowledge something as simple as, technicans cannot carry EVERY SINGLE part to every single appliance Makes and Models. That is a impossible thing to expect. Common parts yes yet some customers will assume EVERY part is common because of how many units have been made & fail to understand it is not practical to carry every part known to every appliance. Techs do not drive trains.

Some customers will expect units to be done on their own schedule and the world does not work around how some people expect ONLY on their time frame, which is selfish to other customers especially if their is a non cooling refrigerator for a customer who needs medication kept cool vs a dishwasher. A dishwasher CAN WAIT compared to a more pressing matter. Paper plates, bowls & utensils are available as well as dish soap, sponges and water. This being said, the answer to dishwashers temporarily unavailable to be used momentarily is; Manual labor for dishes is the method to use or plastic/ styrofoam utensils and plates/ bowls. It is selfish to expect ones appliances to be done only according to the customers schedule when there are plenty of factors that go into scheduling appointments. PSG will fit in to the best of their scheduling abilities and ARE NOT malicious.

Some negative reviews always have 2 sides to a story which creates unfair reviews when a customer is indeed, ' ignorant ' and will make a company & employee look bad because they didn't get their way so a bad review makes them feel justified & can hurt rep.

So whenever reading negative reviews, before jumping to the conclusions of a negative review being justified, due diligence should be utilized due to factors being out of the control of PSG's such as Parts Backorders, Parts Discontinued which is not the fault of the appliance company, that is to be taken up with the manufacturer, not the repair company. TRAFFIC, Road Conditions, possible staffing shortage for any number of life's reasons.

🌟 THIS is the company 🌟 to use & keep for any and all future repairs

My home warranty company sent out this "outfit" to provide a second opinion on my Maytag washing machine, The service technician, while friendly, said his team would be contacting us as to the determination of repairs on the machine. I continued to wait, and wait and wait. Each and every time I attempted to contact Premier Service Group I would have to leave a message. There were no return calls. Mind you I'm doing without a washing machine at this point for over three weeks. When I finally did make contact I was told the parts were "on order." I thought this was odd since in the past Maytag parts are usually stocked in the US and are generally not a problem to order. On a subsequent call I was told they are still on back order as they had to manufacture the part!??!! This seemed very odd so I then contacted the home warranty who said they had no information.
In frustration, I contacted my previous appliance service team at Tru-Way Appliance and they stated they would make a call to the Home Warranty Representative that they are assigned. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Home Warranty and was told that the machine would be too costly to repair and they would getting back to me regarding an offer to replace or cash out. I then asked why didn't this happen sooner? They told me they were just made aware of the costs!! Apparently Premier Service Group had just submitted the costs to the home warranty company. I am now at five weeks without a washing machine.
I then contacted Premier Service Group, again and spoke with a woman named Stephanie who would not let me speak with management as she stated she was in charge and there was no else to assist me. I couldn't believe that I was being shuffled off the phone with no resolution.
My recommendation, ONLY USE THIS COMPANY AS A LAST RESORT!! Their customer service is poor at best.
I've order a new washer and dryer, waiting for their delivery and also the home warranty company to decide on a cash out amount. Total number of weeks without a washing machine was seven!! This could have been reduced greatly had this company acted responsibly

My oven caught fire and I was freaking out. I had no idea the bottom wire had cracked. I called Premier Service Group and they came out and diagnosed the problem right away. They had to order the part but even so it was super quick. They came back out and put it in. Fred was my service man and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone at this company is super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair work done. Thanks again for getting me back to cooking

Unfortunately no option to give a zero star rating.
This company is Rude. Inept. Uncommunicative.
Tech spent no time diagnostically examining issue.
Had to chase down a response from a completely disinterested office.
Read ALL the negative reviews. They all describe the exact same scenario.
I ultimately used Star Appliance Repair instead. They were exceptional

Amazing service. They were courteous and took the time to understand the repair at the inspection (which was $40 less than others). They were honest about the scope of the repair needed on my range and upfront about the cost (something that a different company I was about to use did not). The service techs immediately noticed the wood floors and volunteered to put boot covers on and use a blanket for setting their tools on. I will be using them again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Save your time and money and never do business with these people. No respect for they're customers. Women on phone was very very rude

    2

HIGH PRICES! I'm giving two stars because the tech seemed to know what he was doing, but it cost way too much. I bought the parts. All they had to do was labor. 80 minutes of labor cost me $605! That's about $450 an hour. You could hire a decent lawyer for that rate!

Our Speed Queen washing machine that is still under warranty needed a repair. We had a service call just a few hours after we made the request over the phone. The technician, Stephen, was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He assessed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it successfully 4 days later. We are very happy with the service we received from Premier Service Group, and will not hesitate to call for their services again.

Do whatever you can to stay away from this company!

I had a Bluestar stove, i just need the oven ignitor to be replaced, Premier Service Group has the nerve to charge me $840.17 for a simple ignitor replacement. It took the Technician less than 45 mins to perform the replacement( total time start from the technician walked in the door to finish packing up his stuff and left the house).

    Its simply highway robbery.

Absolutely worst company i have ever dealt with

    STAY AWAY

The technicians were really nice when they came to the house but they did not fix the Appliance Connect (the wifi thing) on my Bosch refrigerator (although they did fix the other issues with it). When I emailed customer service, they sent me a PDF from Bosch with instructions addressed to technicians to fix the issue. When I told them I was not a technician, they told me to call Bosch if I needed more help. Very frustrating since I already payed them significantly over $1k to fix it . I called Bosch and Bosch said I needed the technician to come back. Both Bosch and me continued to email them but no one would return our emails. Also, I am pretty sure the technician mistakenly put a small dent in the side of the refrigerator. I told the technician and he took a picture of it. When I told customer service, they said the dent was preexisting because they had a picture of it - wait a minute, the picture the technician took after I made him aware of the dent?!? I told her to check the timestamp on the photo but never heard from her again. I honestly don't care about the small dent, and I guess it is possible that it was preexisting, but nobody in my household remembers it ever being there before the service. In any event, I just want my Home Connect fixed on my overpriced refrigerator after I already paid for their overpriced service bill and they either could not, or could not be bothered to, make it right.

What a nice unexpected surprise dealing with an efficient and profecient company. Especially Steven and Sergio. They came in and fixed what Geek Squad never even showed up to do. Your service people always conduct themselves in the utmost professional, skillfull and friendly manner and for that, I am truly grateful. Thanx again!
