I had a great experience with Icee Hot and found then them to be professional and efficient.

My thermostat wasn't getting power and the hvac seem to be powered off although the breaker was on. I called Icee hot on a Saturday and they were prompt in scheduling a same-day appointment.

The technician who came to my home was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the the problem.

Bernie was great. First, he answered the phone on a Sunday. Second, he was onsite quickly. He wasn't rushed and thoroughly investigated our AC odor issue. He even provided some helpful tips to further troubleshoot the problem before investing in the replacement of the entire pipeline. Highly recommend.
