I am very happy with way the work was done. So far, I’ve had no issues. The work was done well. Thankfully everything was able to be done same day. It was much more expensive than I anticipated. But knowing that it was done right the first time justifies the cost.

Accurate’s HVAC service technician, Nicholas (Nick) just left after checking and tuning up my 25-year old Lennox furnace. It runs like a champ. While here, Nick noted that this unit was installed before condensation pipe system shutdown valves were standard safety devices. He kindly explained how that valve works to prevent condensate water from backing up and flooding the HVAC closet and walls should that line ever got clogged. I asked for a cost quote- far cheaper than water damage! I agreed and Nick fetched the part and installed it. While testing the valve’s safety function, the condensation piping WAS determined to be partially clogged. He cleared clog quickly, and the valve fully performed its intended job and a near term disaster was averted! Nick was polite, attentive, answered all my questions, was detailed, and did a thorough job cleanup. It was a pleasure having Nick do such a great job and for Accurate to stand behind his work. I will definitely pass on my recommendations to my neighbors.

Nick was our technician for the installation. He was great. On time, courteous, friendly, respectful and answered my questions. Marcus helped with the install, and he was very good as well. They were very neat and cleaned up nicely after completion.

Mark was very pleasant and very efficient. He was very friendly and did a good job in spite of how hot it was. He had my air conditioner fixed within half an hour. My whole family was very happy and very impressed.

Sorry to tarnish your 5 star rating but part of running a business is interfacing with the community and nearly rear ending other vehicles on the 210 while passing on the right doing 85mph in a company van is not how you do that.

Hopefully the driver of the second van can tell the first what a dingus they were being on the freeway.
