Our heater wasn’t working so Marco came out and took a look. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He gave us all the options and did an excellent job with that. We will definitely use Accurate in the future. They do it all hvac, electrical and plumbing.

Accurate Electric is the only company I have ever used on Yelp that was so professional and on the ball. They reached out immediately and I had a tech here the next day. I also had 3 other electricians come out and give me quotes, but they were all over the board on pricing and the way they were going to do the job. Eddie from Accurate was very thorough and the price was right. He came out today to do the work and went above and beyond to do a great job relocating and installing two outdoor lights. He was super friendly and courteous and knows his stuff. It is hard to find a good electrician and I have had some bad ones over the years. Accurate will treat you right and not feel like you are getting ripped off.

We needed our central heater serviced as it wasn’t operating at all when activated. Called Accurate Electric, had an appointment setup, Tristen our technician showed up and professionally worked on our AC/Heater unit for over an hour, at the end of which our heater was running properly and without any problems. I cannot recommend this company and our technician Tristen enough. Thank you kindly Accurate Electric.

My service provider, David, was wonderful! He was patient, efficient and thorough. He was endlessly helpful to me and he did not rush me as I struggled to deal with technology! I would be thrilled to welcome him in my home again!

When I needed a mini-split for my garage, they provided not only the best strategy for connecting the unit to the condenser, but a reasonable price, and they got the small job done within days. The permit took a while to get through the County process, but they were on top of this and made whatever adjustments the permits guy requested. AWESOME!

My only issue is when I asked for plumbing assistance on a very minor toilet flushing issue (needed a new lever that costs about $20), they charged $95 for just coming to my house and was going to charge almost $300 for work that only took 5 or 10 minutes. What?

He ended up charging a bit less, but I learned my lesson that you should always ask if there is a fee for just coming to a place and how much it costs for a simple replace of a lever. Ugh. Painful experience!

Tristen was great. Super professional and kind. Was very through and showed me videos and pictures, explained the process. Was quick and a great worker. He represented the company well and I’d totally refer this company based on my experience today getting my dryer vent cleaned.

Accurate always gives thorough and honest service. Today, my technician David was super helpful explaining what was happening with my heating system and he got the parts and fixed it very quickly. He was a total pleasure to work with.

Awesome service as usual. Just had my annual heater/furnace serviced and check. My tech Marco is awesome and very detailed. Appreciated his expertise, inspection and reassurance that everything is functioning well and his extra care that there is no leak from recent rain, rat dropping or molds in my attic.

Dennis and Juan were amazing, very professional and courteous! Dennis was knowledgeable and honest with quote and work quality. The whole company was great with timely communication and worked with us to make the project happen in a timely manner. We are very happy with the work completed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. They will also be our first choice for projects in the future.

The service tech came and solved our furnace issue immediately. Very fair pricing and came recommended from a local appliance repair shop.

Pleasant, helpful, on time and went out of his way (cleaned our air grate and put in a new air filter) beside fixing the air conditioner. Would recommend to others and use again.

About 7 years ago he recharged the line on my roof mounted air conditioner/heater for a reasonable price and everything went great. Fast forward to 2020. We had planned to move the AC unit a few inches because it's mounted off center and lets rain water into the house. He came over and took pictures. We planned the job for later that week, but he didn't show up or call. I called the office. He said he was going to be in my town tomorrow. I said "that's convenient, come on by." Strangely I never heard from him again. Now that I once again have rain water coming into the house through the AC unit, I felt compelled to write this review. This company is competent but unreliable.

Great place with plenty of room

Bad service ever! They told me to wait for parts and it been more than 3 months even the parts is from us company. Also, not answer your phone call or call back neither.
