Excellent service. Responded same day and was able to fix our air conditioning problem immediately. Had no issue with going into the attic
to diagnose our problem on one of the hottest days of the year. Five star all the way!

They have repaired our cooling equipment several times and we are extremely happy with their service. They have reasonable prices, they have in-depth knowledge of the systems and they do quality work. We will always call on B & N when we have a problem.

I don't know where to begin!!! I called during the hottest days we have had this year and Brandon from B and N was at my door within the hour. They have a great policy on repairs. $40.00 diagnosis fee. They will find out exactly what is wrong for that fee, then if you agree to have them repair it for you they apply the $40.00 towards the repair! That is reasonable and fair. Actually, that's more than reasonable and fair...That's AWESOME!!! Most companies have a flat fee just for showing up! If you decide not to have any work done, then for $40.00 you found out exactly what is wrong with your system! So anyway, he finds the problems within minutes and my house is cool again!!! Very professional and honest. Came in on a Sunday and was able to diagnose my ac problem and got the part needed and returned on Wednesday to fix. In the meantime made sure the ac was working as we waited for the part to complete the work. Thank you!

Walter showed up on time and in very little time he troubleshoot my a/c, have the parts in his truck and it was affordable . Without doubt I’ll call him again !!!

Called Gomez Air Conditioning, the guys responded within a few hours, looks at my outside unit, and inside heater.

He gave me a verbal price, no quote, no documentation. I agreed to his price, shook his hand. Said he'd come back with the parts, charged me $85 said it will be deducted from the work ...

Then never shows up or calls back. Just blows you off and never returns calls after that.

I ended up calling another service company that did the repair for 1/2 the cost, the very next day.

The current company laughed at what Gomez AC said was the problem...price gouging amateurs.

See if Mr Gomez doesn't want to do the work he'll quote a high price hoping you'll decline, then blow you off if you approve.

Buyer beware these guys are amateurs just looking for the easy work. Don't waste your time having them waste yours.
