Bernie who is the owner of Icee Hot came out to my mom’s house to fix her furnace which the original installer of a different company could not fix. Bernie was very professional and explained all the potential issues regarding the intake vent and the ducts that may need to be widen. So far all is working great now since his visit without any additional work. I would highly recommend this company for all furnace and AC issues. Bernie was very honest and very nice to my elderly mother.

Bernie was timely and knowledgeable. He listened to my explanation of the issue, was patient, then was able to identify the part that needed replacing. He went above and beyond by leaving to purchase the replacement part and returning same day to replace it. GREAT SERVICE!

I can't say enough good things about Bernie from Icee Hot Air Conditioning! On Labor Day, when most people are enjoying their time off, Bernie went above and beyond for our family. We were in a tough situation with my son recovering from surgery and our house heating up to 84 degrees. Without us having to explain much, Bernie immediately understood the urgency and said, "I’ll be there."

Amazingly, he showed up at 8 o'clock at night and got straight to work. Within just 45 minutes, Bernie had our air conditioner up and running again! His professionalism, dedication, and compassion truly made a difference during a stressful time for us. We are so grateful for his quick response and excellent service.

Bernie was on time for our scheduled appointment, diagnosed our furnace issue quickly and had our heat back up and running in no time. He was also very friendly with our 3 year old daughter who wanted to supervise the fix.

Great service and transparent about everything. We had a downstairs AC that wasn’t consistently blowing cold air in the heat of summer and needed a solution. Bernie came out same day, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it incredible quickly. He was also great about actually spending the time to show us the problem, what temps/coolant levels were versus what they should have been, and gave a few options for solutions while being transparent about the longevity of a quicker solve versus what a full AC unit replacement would entail and cost. I’ve dealt with repair folks who have tried to take advantage of the situation in the past, and this was not that. Bernie was authentic and honest, and I’ll definitely continue to use his business in the future.

We had Bernie come out for both heating & AC issues. He showed up was clean, professional, immediately addressed both issues we had & was able to solve them fast. He was able to fix the AC same day & when the heating had issues he ordered parts & got it fixed super fast. He was nice enough to check all the filters & vents on the side we didn’t even have issue with just to make sure everything was running right. He didn’t try & upsell us on anything & was honest with pricing. I liked that he was able to fix the issue right away & was knowledgeable on everything couldn’t be happier with his service.
