Mario was professional and explained everything in detail for the servicing/check up of my FAU heat & AC on 9/25/25. He also installed a surge protector on the unit and provided me with pictures of the work he was doing. Great service! Knowledge technician! Thank you Mario. This is the second time I've left a review and for some reason (possible operator error) I can't submit a new review. Christian a year ago on the old unit and Mario 9/25/25 on the new heat pump unit. Both times great work!!

The plumber that stopped by to help my wife and I was very professional.
He gave us several options to choose from along with the costs for each (it included the items i asked for as well as some others that he noticed which definitely needed to be fixed as well)

Mario A. was here recently to work on the heating system (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) so it was great to see him again. He replaced our old thermostat with a new and improved version.

On his way out he noticed damaged wires to the A/C unit which he fixed with wire nuts and electrical tape, “no charge.” Great customer service!

Josh is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And I like his logical and systematic approach to problem-solving. My HVAC system is running a lot better. Thanks

Jose is a very diligent and courteous professional. He inspected and repaired our backflow preventer at Palm Lane Estates. We hope to see him again next year.

John Garcia was wonderful in replacing my toilet and installing a bidet. He also changed my pressure regulator on my house. A very nice and professional man.

Mario was great! He knew what he was talking about and repaired our heating system that was installed by the builder 3 years ago. The builder got it wrong, wired incorrectly and covered parts with spray foam. Only thing I can really complain about is that I was expecting the diagnostic fee and then an explanation of what needs to be done and what that would cost before he repaired it. So I was not prepared for the total cost when he was finished in less than an hours time. We paid it of course, but I wish he would have given that cost break down first. Again, he was great, friendly, and knew his stuff.

Follow up: Mario Alvarado came to service my system. He was friendly and through and explained possible improvements that could be made that could protect my system from damage without being pushy. Here's one for his management: he pitched the maintenance plan and how it could save me money. But what I really liked was that he was teaching an apprentice.

So far my experience with Redlands & Henry Bush is great, Adam Barnard was able to accommodate me when I was running late and gave me a positive feeling of that some minor changes may be made to my Carrier Infinity system to make me more comfortable.

My furnace was a blowin' but not blowin' hot air. The one time you want something to work, it doesn't......no bueno.
Adam from Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air came over to asses the situation and, like a real professional, he explained all the different tests he was running on my furnace and, in no time at all, my furnace was blowin hot air again, nice. He also gave me recommendations for regular maintenance for longer life. All in all a great job.

John was amazing. He was prompt, communicative and professional. Felt like he was there to help us not just make a buck. Very knowledgeable and clean. Would recommend to anyone. Below is what he fixed and replaced for us!! Great job!!!

We recently required a repipe of our plumbing system. We have always used Redlands Plumbing for our plumbing repairs because you have always provided prompt and excellent service.

As you know, a repipe is not a small job. The team you sent over included Gio, Juanito, Jerry, Issac and Miguel. They did not come to play, they came to work, and did an outstanding job. We were quite impressed by the teamwork we witnessed, and most importantly, their work ethic. What a hard-working group! They arrived on time each day, were respectful and friendly, answered all of our questions, kept us apprised of the progress, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were very comfortable having them in our home.

After the completion of the repipe, we were left with the holes cut for access to the old pipes. I was a bit concerned that there would be visible seams when the drywall was replaced. The drywaller you sent made the holes in our walls disappear.

Today, Jerry completed the last phase of the work, repairing stucco on the exterior of our home. His work is top-notch. The texture he applied matches the surrounding wall perfectly.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work Gio, Juanito, Jerry, Issac and Miguel provided. We will certainly recommend Redlands Plumbing to family and friends.

Miguel proved to be, as the scheduling receptionist reported, first rate. But before him, her. Lovely human voice contact with a real person, with a sense of humor and a personality that pleased. I hung up on my first call this AM when I was offered an automated AI generated answering service. I was scheduled with you folks in the day I called, and Miguel arrived on the front end of that schedule. He took inventory of my tasks, gave me a solid estimate from which the final bill did not vary. He took inventory, was personable, knowledgeable, and business like. His skills and training obvious. Efficient and effective in his work! I’d ask for him on our next need.

I had a great experience with Redlands & Henry Bush! I utilized the finance program they have which offered a great APR deal! Their team (tech, finance, comfort advisor, ect.) were professional and answered all the questions I had. My AC system is running perfectly again, and the price beat other companies with no hidden fees. I really appreciate their honesty and quality of work. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable HVAC service. September 2025, date of service.

We recently had a late-night plumbing emergency—a major backup that needed immediate attention. After calling around, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing was the only company that got back to us promptly. Within an hour, their technician John was at our door, assessing the situation and getting things temporarily under control until more work could be done in the daylight.

The next day, John returned and, after some thorough inspection and research, discovered that our system—complete with old clay pipes—had been compromised by invasive tree roots. As a first-time homeowner, this was incredibly overwhelming to hear. Thankfully, John and his manager Marshall walked us through everything with empathy and professionalism. They developed a long-term solution that made sense both technically and financially.

What was initially expected to be a 3-day job was impressively completed in just 2 days. John and his apprentice Aaron were truly outstanding. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were incredibly respectful of our home life. They didn’t ring the doorbell while our daughter was napping and always gave us a heads-up when the water would be off—something especially helpful since our little one is potty training. They even welcomed her curiosity as she watched them through the front window nearly the entire time.

As someone with a family background in the service industry, I understand that the technical skills can be taught—but genuine customer service and kindness can't be faked. That’s something innate, and Redlands & Henry Bush is incredibly lucky to have both John and Aaron on their team.

I hope I never have to call them again (because that would mean another emergency!), but if I do, I know exactly who I’ll be requesting. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a manageable—and even positive—experience.

I had a water heater put in by Noah at Redlands heating and plumbing. What a great job. My water heater has two supplies out one that goes into the house one that goes outside to my barbecue island and the way he plumbed it all the leveled everything made everything beautiful, totally worth the money. Noah is a great technician. I asked him lots of questions. He answered them all explained them all and didn’t get tired of me Keep asking questions about stuff and he took his time to make everything nice clean and perfect. I also had them replace my whole house air-conditioning. Great prices and good quality work. I highly recommend using them.

Had my bathroom sink break. Called and they were able to come out Saturday morning. Great not needing to take time off work. The guy they sent was John. He was very friendly and courteous. Explained everything to me and and quickly made the repairs needed. Overall very satisfied with their service.
