Requested a service visit for our recently purchased A/C, heating unit. The next day Bryon responded and performed a complete service of the unit. Bryan was impressive with his exceptional knowledge and friendly, professional demeanor. He quickly identified and repaired a minor problem. We are very pleased with his response and outstanding work and give him our highest recommendation.

This is a very reliable company that has been servicing my AC & heating units for nearly 6 years. Their annual service plan is reasonable and saves a considerable amount of money for any emergencies that occur or repairs that are necessary in between the routine annual services. The technicians are pleasant, professional and skilled and always leave their work areas clean and tidy.

John is excellent! He carefully diagnosed our furnace issue, determined what the correct fix needed to be, and was able to get the needed proprietary replacement part quickly. He installed the board and tested the system and we're were good to go!
We're definitely calling Burgeson's from now on.

We are so pleased that we enrolled in Burgeson's Home Maintenance Bundle. We have been using them for HVAC System Maintenance for several years, and have also used them for various electrical projects as well. With the Bundle, we get maintenance services for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Solar, annually (semi annually for HVAC) for each system. Lance, our favorite HVAC guy, was here last week to ensure that our heater was in good working order for the upcoming colder weather and installed a new filter as well. The plumber, Shannon, was here this morning and did a thorough inspection of all our plumbing, including draining the water heater. The peace-of-mind knowing that these vital systems in our home are being regularly inspected and maintained is worth every penny of the cost for membership in their program. Burgeson's is a well-established business that is not going to disappear overnight. They stand behind their work, and employ the best of the best. We hiighly recommend them.

I received excellent customer service from Burgeson’s. I had an issue come up with my Rinnai tankless water heater and they came out next day (YMMV). The tech that came out was Eugene. Eugene was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of identifying what was wrong and fixing the issue. Eugene went above and beyond to do everything he could to resolve the situation. Eugene is extremely professional and personable. I recommend using Burgeson’s, especially if you have a Rinnai tankless water heater.

During the installation of the EV chargers and the addition of more outlets in the garage, Adrian, Ulysses, and their team performed an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Burgeson's! It was a very professional service.

I’ve had this company do my annual maintenance on the heating and cooling systems for years. Recently I decided to replace the systems because it was time. 15 year financing made that possible financially which the salesman was able to arrange very conveniently. The installation was done right away by two full crews in one day, and everything worked out so well I decided to also have the hot water heater replaced because the old one was gummed up with sediment really badly. We went tankless and added a water softener as well, which brings me to the point of this review. The tankless and water softener installation was done by Plumber Michael Pelayo. His work was exceptionally well done and pleasing to the eye. I complemented him to the salesman and he said Michael is one of their best men. Overall excellent experience with this company and the AC is colder than ever in our house now.

We used them this week for a faulty "Comfort Pump" that circulates hot water to every faucet in our home quickly. Michael Pelayo was sent to our home for the job. We were so impressed by Michael, that we requested him ONLY to return to install the new pump. Michael is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, courteous and has an engaging personality. He is young, but presents himself far beyond his years with communication, plumbing and people skills!
We recommend Michael Pelayo with Burgeson's for any of your plumbing needs, and I'm sure you too will be as pleased with him as we are!

We had Burgeson's install two new furnaces as well as a complete solar and backup system (solar panels, batteries, and whole home backup generator). Overall, we are extremely happy with the entire system/installation.

Our new furnaces are much more efficient compared to our previous system, and they have significantly reduced our natural gas usage.

The solar panels with battery storage are also amazing. Shortly after installation, we received 14 inches of rain one week and then 11 inches of rain the following week. We didn't have a single leak (we just had a new roof installed shortly before the solar). We also just received about 3 feet of snow, and again we did not have a single leak.

As for the performance of the solar and battery system, it completely covers our power consumption (excluding December and January when it covers approximately 50-70% of power consumption, but that's purely due to our location in the mountains and massive trees, and we were informed of and aware of that limitation ahead of time). Since we're in the mountains and lose power on the occasional basis, it's so nice to not have to worry about power outages. The solar and batteries cover most power outages, and the generator makes up for the rare occasion when we lose power and have a large amount of snow that covers the panels for a few days. It's also incredibly nice to be able to fully power our house during public safety power shutoff and not have to plan around those events.

Our last electricity bill was $5, and it used to be $300 this time of year. Looking at the energy production of the system (as it increases with the shift of the sun with the seasons), our solar system with batteries should cover the same amount of energy consumption in the summer with the air conditioner running (our summer bills averaged $600 to $700 in the past).

Also, the installation team was awesome. They were all very friendly and a pleasure to meet! They provided in person guidance as to how to operate the systems using the enphase and generac apps. Plus, the guys doing the installation were all very pleasant and wonderful. They were also very clean and careful around our house (we just finished a full exterior repaint), and painted the conduit to match our exterior paint.

Overall, we're incredibly happy with all the work Burgeson's has done on our home, and we'll absolutely use them for any future projects!

We live in Lake Arrowhead, but the Burgeson's Plumbing professionals showed up promptly every single morning and did a fantastic job for us. We were so pleased with their work that we added a whole home water softener and filtration system as well as a tankless water heater. We could not be happier with the beautiful work done by Rafael and Michael, whom we started calling Burgeson's "A Team." To top it off, they were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs, always taking the time to answer all our questions with smiles on their faces. It definitely helped us to feel more confident about the big investment that we were making in our home. Five stars!

I can’t really speak to Burgesson’s HVAC work directly, but I can speak to the character of the people working for this company—and that alone says a lot.
My wife and I are from Ohio and were visiting the Valley of Fire. What was supposed to be a simple 2-mile walk turned into us getting badly lost and walking over 10 miles. Completely exhausted, with blisters on our feet, we finally made it back to the road and were facing another 3-mile walk in the opposite direction of where he was driving.

The gentleman and his wife driving a Burgesson Heating & AC truck stopped for us, turned around, and drove us three miles back to our parking spot—completely out of their way. They refused to take any money and even gave us bottled water.
It honestly turned a miserable, frustrating day into a great ending. Just genuinely kind, selfless people who went above and beyond for two strangers.

Because of that, if we ever lived in this area, Burgesson’s would absolutely be our HVAC company. Companies are only as good as their people, and these folks were top-notch. Thank you again—you’ll never know how much that meant to us.

I totally enjoyed Adrian's personality. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous with me, my wife and kids. He cleaned up after himself and kept cutting into drywall to a minimum. It would be a 5 star but at the end, 1 of the bathroom ceiling fans didnt fully work due to a manufacturer part, not Adrian's wiring work. The fan and regular light work but the entire fan immediately has to go into burgesons warranty process. They did compromise to a partial payment until they come back to replace damaged fan. Hopefully that goes quickly and smoothly to raise from 4 to 5 star. I would recommend burgesons to someone.

Mario Alvarado was my technician today to do the comprehensive maintenance check. He was so knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me so that understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was friendly and so personable and easy to talk to.He showed me what to do to prevent surge damage when the power is out.I also learned how to keep falling debris out of the outside A/C unit.
I’m very, very pleased with Mario ‘s work and the helpful information he left with me.

It's comforting to have a plumber you can count on for help, especially when you live in an older house. We've found that Redlands Plumbing technicians are professional, reliable and quick to respond when we need help. I called them yesterday and was given a same day appointment. Sergio arrived and helped us with numerous bathroom plumbing issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us options for different solutions. He took pictures to show us what needed to be repaired, informed us of all the costs up-front and kept us updated as he did the work. The team of Noah and Walker were terrific. They repaired and replaced various old gas lines to make them safer and easier. They were thorough and did an excellent job. This business has been around a very long time for a reason: they make your satisfaction their #1 priority. I highly recommend them. If it's plumbing, please do yourself a favor and request NOAH, he's the best! Noah installed my new beautiful Toto toilet and I'm so happy. Everything went smoothly and Noah is absolutely wonderful to work with!

You always are scared to call the plumber thinking about $. Let me tell you , Tech. Richard was amazing !!!! Made this clogged drain situation less of an ordeal for sure. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant having him in my home. 100% recommend using their services.

John Garcia was super nice and very knowledgeable about his work. Came in and got the job done quickly. Even gave me a few suggestions on how I can improve my water heater to bring it up to code. I would call again John again if I have plumbing problems.
