Excellent same-day service. Is in previous experiences, setting up the appointment went very smoothly, and Miguel was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly and explained the issues and the repairs very clearly.

Had a great experience with Redlands Plumbing, specifically John Garcia and his helper, Aaron. Was staying at my dad’s when the toilet wouldn’t flush. John figured out the problem was root growth in clay piping. He did clear the blockage but then came back again with a camera and conducted a more thorough hydro jet project. What impressed me with the company was the quick response time. But more impressive was the caliber of employees. John Garcia and Aaron excelled in their work ethic, in John’s ability to explain the work being done, and honestly, just being very nice people. Highly recommended!

Jose did a wonderful job of helping us out with a drain problem. We also had issues with sediment clogging our faucets and he was able to diagnose the problem and answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He’s a nice, respectful young man and an asset to your company. The installation went well and I’m happy with the results. .

Excellent job done by both the HVAC team with Julio and Tim with the water heater install. Adam was great with his explanations. I recommend the company and I will continue to patronize them.

I had an emergency toilet problem that caused massive flooding in my upstairs bathroom. I called the company and the girl was so kind because I was pretty much hysterical! All I saw was dollar signs and water everywhere. She reached out to Josh who was there literally within a half an hour, he said that he had seen that I was crying, no judgment, and came right over. I had just found out the previous day that I needed a new transmission in my car! So I was already overwhelmed to begin with. He missed his lunch to help me! Besides other people coming in and out to help me, he stayed and fix all of my toilets. replaced a pressure valve and I made him a sandwich! I couldn’t be more happy with his professionalism, his dedication to his job and his kindness!

Jorge was a pleasure to work with. He not only address the issue at hand but also explained every step along the way. I highly recommend his services.

Used Redlands Plumbing for a kitchen sink issue. Richard Tirado was great. Helped arrange a contractor to fix non plumbing issues then returned to finish plumbing work. Very reasonable and pleasant. .

His expertise and willingness to answer all of our questions made the process quick and easy. Redlands & Henry plumbing made this process manageable and saved us by coming out quickly after we had been out of ac for a few days. My service was amazing! My tub faucet had be leaking, and not only was my tech Richard able to show up earlier than expected, he was the incredibly friendly and explained everything he needed to do and what my options were. I will for sure be using Richard and Co in the future (hopefully not too soon though!).

Many years ago Mario educated us on the wisdom of being a gold member with Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing. We look foward to Mario's quartly visits. Mario is our go to technician. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
During his most recent visit, he was going about his work.
And while he was here, our laundry room flooded, it seems that the hose worked its way out of the drain.We had about 2 to 3 inches of water, in our laundry room, down the hall into two of the bedrooms.And into one of the bathrooms. Mario found the problem that caused the leak helped us rectify that and helped us clean up the mess. As we are 2 seniors with limited mobility.
His professional assistance really touched our heart and helped us so much. Mario is truly an asset to his company. As well to the people, he comes to assists.

I had a great experience with Tim and Aaron from Redlands Plumbing. They uncovered some work from another contractor and made me aware. They took care of my plumbing issue quickly and explained everything so I could understand.

Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating came out to diagnose My water Heater. Miguel, the Technician was very courteous and professional. He checked the water heater and gave an estimate for replacement or repair. He indicated that the repair cost would be significant versus replacement of the water heater and is giving us an estimate for both. He indicated we could use the water heater for a couple of days until it is replaced or repaired.

Miguel has excellent customer service. He was very professional in explaining everything that was going to occur. He definitely deserves a high rating and recognition. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this company for services. Thank you.
