Satisfied with Cal-Air’s prompt service. They worked around my time frame which was very nice, I appreciate it. I had my heater serviced, and it was up and running within minutes. Definitely recommend .

Best air conditioning company, period. My a/c stopped working during a hot day and my wife and kids were not having it. I called cal-air and they sent a tech the same day! He was professional and gave me an honest and fair price. That same day he got my house to be nice and cool again. Highly recommended!

Cal-Air Heating and Cooling was fantastic. They sent their technician out as soon as possible, he was knowledgeable and professional, and he troubleshot the issue quickly. They were polite in conveying the issue and even talked me through a few different options. I have worked with some other companies and all the other companies wanted were to install a new system. Cal-Air Hearing and Cooling were not that way, they are actually helpful. Thanks guys.

I had Cal-Air out twice after calling a few other places and being upset by their services. Cal- Air was fast, reliable, professional, and courteous. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by doing a repair the other companies said wasn’t an option. I had my inside ac unit as well as the outdoor condenser repaired and didn’t have to replace the whole system. It was a life saver through the summer heat waves. 10/10 will recommend. We enjoyed the team of men who worked on our unit and installed a new heater that is great. Our last unit was installed when the house was built in 1963. We are very excited to share with everyone that this is a great business you can count on and I hope you will choose them to assist you in what you need.

Brent came to inspect issues with heating unit that was put in by another company about a year ago and we have already had three issues with it! Brent found we were sold a unit much too big for our house size and it was not able to vent correctly. He gave us ideas to make it work without having to replace it, adjusted flow and changed out the switch. Brent is honest and we would highly recommend his company!

We arranged with Brent to have our air conditioner repaired and our mini split to be serviced. Technician Ryan arrived on time, and with a positive outlook as he began to trouble shoot the repair needs. Ryan was also confident, skilled and thorough in his assessment. He quickly determined a plan of action and efficiently made the necessary repairs. Our family was thoroughly impressed with the service we received and the low cost for services. I will recommend this business to all my friends and family!

In the past 3 years I have contracted Cal-Air Heating & Cooling approximately three times for Air conditioning and heating services. The first time I hired this company, Brent the owner, found the parts needed for my AC unit in two days. Other, popular named HVAC businesses couldn't find the part. Others stated it would take a week to get the part (compressor). This was in the summer (105 degrees outside). Most of the big-name companies push "the new system" at $16,000.00. Who has that kind of money laying around. The staff are very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and punctual. Most of all they are very fair in their pricing for trouble shooting and installation.

I arranged an appointment with Brent and he was able to fit me in within two weeks during this hot summer months. His team was very professional and punctual did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and let me know in advance. What was the proper equipment that I needed and help fix right there on the spot payment method was easy. I will definitely be going with them here on out for any future issues. Great company.

I was referred to Cal Air due to my new furnace having issues since it was put in a year in half ago! I had no heat all weekend and they came out right away and were able to find the problem and get the parts free since it was under warranty. Conner the technician was very kind and Ryan came out to replace the part with him and to ensure everything was running right! Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the new systems!

They came out to service my furnace and change the filter out. The gentleman that came out was very Knowledgeable and kind hearted. They came here at the time. They said they would be here and they finished in time for me to get started with the rest of my day. I have utilized the services of Cal-Air Heating and Cooling on multiple occasions. The first time I had them move my A/C units for a pool build. They did excellent work at a very reasonable price. I have since used them for any issues with my system. They arrive when promised, do complete work, and they will not take advantage of you! Without a doubt the best AC/Heating company in the IE!

Cal-Air installed a damper in the AC unit to restrict Air flow to Master Bedroom in Rental and replace section of flexible duct that was damaged. As always excellent job, price and scheduled quickly. Tenant was complaining of freezing in the Master Bedroom while office was not cool enough. Installing the Damper on the AC Unit and replacing the section of duct fixed the problem. The Tenant & I were VERY HAPPY.

Multiple visits with multiple properties over the years and reviews are always Excellent as described below:

We have multiple properties and use Cal Air for all of them. Recently needed service on an air and heater system and as always Bret responded same day and scheduled service within a couple of days. Service was complete and pricing was very reasonable which is why we continue to use Cal Air for All our heating and air conditioning needs. Latest service installation of Nest Thermostat. Before that replace heating unit in attic, servicing older air units at multiple locations. Our latest service was 06/24/2024 for 2 properties air service. Cal-Air and team continue to be responsive, fairly priced and great job. We are now set for summer prior to the upcoming heatwaves. 08/20/2024 in the evening a tenant called stating air not working. I contacted Bret and he was able to make emergency scheduling changes for dispatch the next morning. Leak repaired and new coolant added completing the service call. 11/14/2024 a heater issue was scheduled and resolved the same day at our primary residence. Cal Air continues to provide prompt quality service at a reasonable price.
Bret and team continue to satisfy. An intermittent heater issue in January ended up being a a recalled mother board covered under warranty. Cal-Air worked with the manufacturer and replaced with an upgraded mother board that fixed the problem and no charge.
