I was very happy with Sanborn regarding my new air conditioner and furnace. The workers seemed dedicated and worked hard. When finished they cleaned up the work area. No dirt or debris was left. All in all a great job. Thank you Isaias, Angel and Chris.

I called a number of places due to a heater issue over the weekend and only Sanborn’s picked up. They paged a tech who returned my call within 15 mins and they came to my place in a couple hours or would’ve been less on a Sunday. Nate was thorough and showed me the problem and explained solutions. Grateful for the service on last minute call!

Sanborn’s is an amazing company. They were quick to come out and incredibly professional. Bill Codes handled my service and he was the best. On time, great communication & extremely professional. If I could have given him 100 stars I would!!

I contacted Sanborns to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my heater and air conditioner due to some issues that I was having at the time. Not only did they come out to give me an estimate, but they also came out and gave me a free maintenance on both my units to identify if I truly actually had a problem and needed to replace them. Actually identifying a couple of issues that I didn’t know I was having, and that hadn’t been mentioned to me by the previous company that did the maintenance on the heater and a/c. Jonathan and Joe were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I greatly appreciate this kind of customer service.

3/22/25 Updated review- went with Sanborn to install new heating and a/c. Isaias and Adrian were top notch installers. Keeping me informed all the way through installation and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this company. No complaints.

Both Chris & Isaias worked over 6 hours installing a new heating system in our attic. They both did a great job & cleaned up after job was completed !

I am a realtor and I needed a quote for a repair or replacement. He was professional and thorough, explaining everything he found. He showed me photos of his findings which was very helpful. Now I’m waiting for a replacement quote. Fingers crossed I won’t be disappointed!!

After our two years old ac unit failed due to refrigerant leak, we reached out to Sanborn’s Air Conditioning and Heating for a second opinion. They came out the very same day to check out the system for diagnosis. We were very impressed with their quick response and timely arrival. It took less than an hour for the technician to figure out where the leak was and it was the compressor coil out of all places.

They scheduled an appointment to replace the parts under warranty right away. They even called us to reschedule the appointment to an earlier date later on, however we couldn’t respond it on time as we were out of cell service coverage during that week. Regardless, they came over at the promised time and did a fantastic job carrying out the repairs.

In addition to the technical staff, we really appreciate the front desk for letting us know when the crew was arriving and what to expect upon arrival/departure. The small details in between certainly made a big difference in our overall experience.

We had an issue with our AC and called Sanborn’s Air Conditioning and Heating for service. A technician came out, diagnosed a faulty capacitor, and replaced it. The entire visit took around 30 minutes. We looked up the price of the replacement part online and found that it costs around $20.

I was shocked when we were hit with a $600 invoice for such a quick and simple repair, especially during regular business hours. While I understand there are labor and service fees involved, the pricing felt excessive and disproportionate with the time and materials involved.

As a female customer, I couldn’t help but feel like I was taken advantage of. I strongly encourage others to shop around and compare quotes before committing to service. There are likely more transparent and reasonably priced options out there.

SO pleased! Jose was prompt and friendly, and got to work right away on my OLD furnace, reassuring me that we would be good for the coming winter safety-wise. We also discussed options for the future, as I do other maintenance on my property. I will certainly give Sanborn's my continued business!

Great experience - they managed to get us in for an air conditioner repair very quickly (our air had been out for several days and we were SO appreciative) and then they were even able to repair it same day. Our technician Jose was extremely nice and very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. They worked with us as far as financing also and made everything very easy to manage. We’ll definitely be calling them in the future if we need further work done!

Heating Cooling Inland Empire has honestly been great for us. They showed up when they said they would, which is huge these days, and helped with both an emergency heating repair and later an AC issue. They do high-efficiency installs and even gave me some advice on indoor air quality stuff I hadn’t thought about. The techs were friendly, seemed like they really knew what they were doing (I think they’re NATE certified?), and they actually explained things in a way that made sense instead of just throwing jargon at me.
They handled everything from checking out the ductwork to tuning up our heat pump and even helped set up a smart thermostat. It wasn’t perfect—took a little longer than I expected—but overall the service in Redlands has been reliable and worth it.
