I needed service for a heater and Margie accommodated my request with an appointment the next day. Our service technician, Josiah kept us updated on his estimated time of arrival. He arrived and promptly started inspecting our unit and provided a thorough diagnosis. He was very thorough and fully explained everything. He called the next day to see how the unit was operating. From start to finish, everyone at Control Temp has been very professional and helpful. Will continue calling them for all of our needs.

We contacted Control Temp to assist with removing an AC unit during a roof installation, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, the office staff was friendly and professional, and the crew on site was respectful, efficient, and easy to work with. Everything was coordinated smoothly, which made our job much easier. I would highly recommend Control Temp to anyone needing AC or HVAC work.

Great company for anyone that has residential or commercial HVAC needs. The owner, John, went out of his way to help us get a permit for our commercial install last year. Margery is quick to respond and on top of all the scheduling, billing and admin questions. And the HVAC tech, Josiah, who came out to repair our residential unit was punctual, quick to diagnose and fix the issue, and honest.

I have been using Control Temp for over 20 years. I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and I am so pleased with the system. The crew came in and was able to complete all the work in 1 day. Adam made sure everything ran smoothly for the installation, the crew was polite and professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. My furnace was 32 years old and it was time for an upgrade. I am so glad I chose Control Temp again for their excellent service, workmanship and professionalism.

I was without a commercial maintenance agreement, so I contacted First Class, Heating and air. Matthew came out the next day and serviced my Air conditioning unit, He performed a thorough check up, and reported back that everything was fine, just dirty, (It had been nearly 4 years since I installed the new unit) The last HVAC service contract I had which was with a different company, surprised me one day with a $2600 bill. After getting a second opinion, and spending another $600. I was informed that the unit needed to be replaced. !st Class does outstanding work, and is upfront and honest about their practices, and their pricing. If you are looking for an HVAC company, this company is the best, hands down. Honest, reliable, and ethical. Tell them Sensei sent you.

Was impressed with how fast & efficient the service was especially since my unit went out on Friday over a three day holiday weekend. I liked the itemized list of what had to be fixed & options that could be postponed till a bit more flush with capital.. My certified tech Justin followed up multiple times to check in on how everything is working and even had the time to take my phone call ,when he was at the park with his little girl .That’s dedication to service you don’t see to much now days..I will be comfortable referring Justin and his business to anyone I know in need of heating and A/C service..

My AC stopped working on a Friday late in the afternoon and checked my AC companies site for qualified techs and luckily they were the closest to me so I called and Matthew came out 1st thing Saturday morning and figured out the problem fast and got my AC up and running before the heat came. Will definitely be using them again when my AC or Furnace has problems or just regular maintenance.

Matthew was very prompt and helpful. Being a senior citizen it is easy to be taken advantage of but with this company you don't have to worry. Matthew was not only fair but very kind.

We just moved to California and needed an inspection on the 3 ac units and water heater at the house we were looking at buying. Matthew(owner) and his tech Ryan came out on time and got to work right away. He showed me pictures of some trouble areas but recommended we wait to replace them because they work just fine until they dont and I should replace it then. Just needed to add some freon and they should be good to go. Very honest, professional and fair. I will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.
