Cant say enough good stuff about First Class Heating and Air. Awesome company, the absolute best customer service I have ever dealt with. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

When my AC unit decided to take some unexpected time off, I called First Class Heating and AC repair. Knowing that getting someone out to my house early on a Sunday morning might be difficult, however, I was pleasantly surprised when Matthew, not only answered my call, but was at my door within an hour. Matthew was able to get my disgruntled AC up and running in no time. I think that there is a saying ' An overheated wife is not a good life' or something along those lines...

This man was able to fix ongoing heating issues that two others could not do after more than a couple attempts. They had given up and suggested a (extremely costly) replacement all together. Having called upon, and having had much success with a previous call at another location, I again reached out to Matt. Not only did he provide a very timely appointment, but he was able to figure out and fix the problem immediately. And get this, it was the least expensive fix that addressed the problem!
I appreciate his patience (bc I ask many questions, and sometimes more than once), his thoroughness, his concern (pointing out the very high level of carbon monoxide detected) and his professionalism and honesty. Kudos to First Class in their choice of personnel. I will continue to keep his number handy, and I highly recommended him (First Class).

Matthew came to our house recently and performed some preventative maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was thorough. My wife was impressed. My wife told me that he cleaned a thing and fixed a thing and was very nice. That tells me that he didn’t just walk up, look and tell us “you need to fix this and that’ll be xyz amount of money”. I would highly recommend Matthew.

First class, showed up when they said they would. They removed and replaced our whole air unit outside condenser and the air handler. Very professional job. We have no complaints at all. I recently contacted First Class Heating and Air Conditioning (FCH&AC) after contacting two "Carrier Factory Authorized" repair facilities in my neighborhood (North Upland) and receiving what seemed to be ridiculously high quotes for my HVAC repair. I had priced the replacement parts online and knew that exactly what the parts would cost. Both "Carrier Factory Authorized" repair facilities had tacked on an extra +/- $ 1000. or so, likely sensing my urgency (desperation) to have the Carrier unit repaired during a brutal cold spell and priced the repair accordingly. This is not a good business practice if you want repeat customers.

I had worked with FCH&AC seven (7) years ago on a HVAC installation project for my previous employer. At that time the quote provided by FCH&AC was highly competitive and the installation of two (2) HVAC units was flawless. I immediately reached out to Matthew at FCH&AC. He arrived the following morning, diagnosed the issue at my home in less than five minutes, and provided me with a firm/binding quote that was more than $ 1,300. less than the quotes provided by the "Carrier Factory Authorized" repair facilities. This was a significant savings. In less than three hours: he had the required parts in hand; he had replaced the failed components; and he had successfully tested the HVAC unit. It is working great now!

Matthew does not play games with his clients. He is a rarity in the HVAC repair industry and is an absolute professional. He "says what he does and he does what he says". Very rarely do I have the opportunity to "sing the praises" of an HVAC professional. Matthew and FCH&AC have earned my continued loyalty and my willingness to share this wonderful experience with friends and neighbors.

Matt and his son did an awesome job replacing the HVAC Unit on our house. They worked closely with the roofer to make the replacement seamless and fit with the roof schedule. We appreciated the excellent work and timely response. Highly recommended.

We had our AC and furnace installed by Angel and Hector, both of whom did an outstanding job for the second time at our home. They are clean, neat, and professional and they answered every question thoroughly. They went beyond and even helped in installing the mobile app and usage. Lasting Legacy has consistently provided much needed maintenance for our home. We will highly recommend the company to anyone who needs any home improvement.

Trevor from Lasting Legacy Plumbing was fantastic. He came out for routine maintenance and was incredibly approachable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a few things I should keep an eye on, and answered all my questions without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. I appreciated how educational the visit was—I actually learned a lot about my home’s plumbing. Great service and someone I’d definitely call again. Highly recommend!

Jesse was our technician. He did an excellent job! Worked efficiently and explained all that he was doing. Would recommend using Lasting Legacy again - they had to come out to our property 3 different times through no fault of their own (weather) and got the job done.

We had two clean outs installed and had a pipe with a big root replaced. Junior Jimenez was professional and knowledgeable. He also has a great attitude. The dispatcher Priscilla was helpful and has a great attitude.

We were very pleased once again with our service technician Trevor would was very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing the old plastic valve on our leaking water heater tank and replaced it with a longer-lasting metal value. He also performed a complete inspection of all possible needed plumbing repairs with no sales pressure just a checklist of things to consider improving.

From the moment i called Lasting Legacy i knew we were in good hands. Great customer service in scheduling an ac and heater service. Roger Cuadra was the tech and he spent so much time going over our two units and what he was doing to service them. He gave us cleaning tips to help make our units last longer and replaced our filters as well as giving us some washable ones. He was very professional knowledable and helpful.

Cesar and Andre did an excellent installation—neat, professional, and with clear pride. They were both respectful, neat, clean, on-time, and efficient—while remaining cheerful and good natured.
