My wife and I recently moved into our 1992 home, and based on how many "surprises" we've found so far, we fully expected our HVAC inspection and service to reveal costly issues. To our great relief, that wasn't the case. Roger Caudra, our technician, was the picture of professionalism---knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring about both our home and our well-being.

Could he have tried to sell us on expensive repairs or upgrades? Absolutely. But instead, Roger was honest, transparent, and focused only on what was truly needed. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it instantly earned our trust.

On top of that, Roger took the time to be gentle and kind with our elderly dog, George. And that makes him a winner on a whole different level!

Thanks to Roger, Lasting Legacy has gained a customer for life. We'll be singing their praises to everyone in our gated community. Friendly, reliable, and capable ... everything one would hope for in a home service provider, and then some.

Juan is a real professional. He gave a thorough explanation of his findings and provided us several options to get hot water in my home again. His work is clean and for the amount of work he did, was surprisingly fast. Very happy with the service provided

Spencer was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He uncovered a potentially dangerous situation with a gas leak. He waited patiently for the Gas Service Specialist to ascertain the situation. I was so impressed, I signed up for a maintenance program. Roger Cuadra came to our home to do maintenance on our central air unit. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend his service. He even took before and after pictures to show us. Unit is running like new.

Juan was very clean and professional. He put shoe covers on no problem (we are no shoe household) I deeply appreciate his patience with me in allowing me to decide which drain I wanted cleaned. I was convinced it was the main but like he said it was the tub. He talked me through the process and didn’t rush me into a decision or make me feel badly for being so adamant about the main. Highly recommend this company. They have the best prices I’ve found. That is after getting quotes from over 6 different plumbers.

I received a postcard in the mail. I called the company and I was very pleased with my first phone call. Their technician Roger was on time. He was dressed professionally and introduced himself. Roger is very personable and I felt comfortable with him working in my home the whole time . He was very trustworthy and thorough. your company is first rate. Roger explained everything to me regarding what he was going to do and what he had done. He was easy to understand. I am dedicated to this company thank you so much.

What can I say other than I’ve always respected this company because of their dedication to our veterans community but today I used them on a personal level we had a water leak in our front yard. We had our furnace/heating system maintenance done by Jesse and Javier. They were courteous and professional. We were pleased with their work and explanation of the work done and any work we might consider in the future. We are Lasting Legacy Club members so just had to pay for the new air filter today.

I highly recommend them. I found this company while doing an audit on them for my work. This is a really good company who does things right by their customers which I am since that audit. Service is always professional. Big ups to Andrew for the service he provided today.

Our service technician Juan was very helpful and honest. He identified the issue pretty quickly and was able to clean out the drain very quickly and was very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience and my husband and I are very happy and glad we used Lasting Legacy.

Roger C. was incredibly helpful with assisting me in our yearly heating maintenance. Roger went above and beyond with deep cleaning the inside of our furnace and fan. He provided very useful tips on how to keep good maintenance on our equipment. And at the end, he provided pictures of our equipment along with recommendations of parts to get replaced in the near future. Roger is very knowledgeable and respectful and would welcome him again to help us with future maintenance/ work.

Great service! Junior did a thorough assessment and determined what needed to be done. Today Ray put the plan into action. Both were more than willing to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. Also my interactions with the office have been cordial and efficient. Totally satisfied and would recommend this company highly.

Edgar was GREAT. He was really polite and respectful and was very professional even wore shoe covers when entering the house. We did their promotion on water heater drain out with inspection. He was also very knowledgeable.If I need future repairs he would be the person I wouldn’t mind doing the repair's.

Arrived for scheduled seasonal check up, which is always outstanding. We were having issues with a water line Andrew jumped in to rescue us cause the main water line was broken we couldn’t turn the water off..Truly a knight in shining armor that stayed until the facility plumber showed up to fix the issue and made sure everything was working well. Other companies would have stated you need to schedule appt for this.
Not this company Lasting Legacy is truly outstanding in price , customer service. If you need heating, hvac and plumbing service this is the team that will go above and beyond. 🙏

Edgar Sanchez arrived on time, very courteous, friendly and informative. He checked out all our concerns. He also sought advice from another technician. I appreciate that he didn't bluster about what he wasn't sure of, instead he made sure we were cared for. His associate Junior Jimenez was very knowledgeable and helpful. He scheduled a follow-up for the next day to take care of our issues

Spencer and Cody were such a great help. They explained my problems with my heating/ac system. Showed me exactly why it was happening. I liked how they involved me in the process and explained throughly what they were doing. Showing me a before and after. Was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great company and great service techs. All the techs that come out are friendly and knowledgeable.

I signed up for their subscription for plumbing and HVAC general throughout the year. It's $20 a month but the value is pretty good if you're having issues with your HVAC system like i have. Andrew came out and he was great. He was thorough, didn't leave a mess in the house, and replaced our filters after tuning up the heating system.

Whenever I have an issue they can get out to me pretty fast. Expect to pay about $100 for them to inspect (you get a discount with the membership), but I'd definitely recommend them.

I don’t impress easily but from the first call to my service date the staff and my technician Ethan Gray nailed it. They are professionals and treat you right. He arrived within the service period window dressed professionally and was ready to work. Ethan explained the service on my tankless water heater and got after it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company.
