Year Round Heating and Air just installed this AC unit for our ADU. Our entire experience with them was wonderful. Same day inspection and well explained quote by Alberto. Honest, pleasant and professional. Installation the next day by Otto and his partner was thorough, clean, pleasant and professional. I will use this company for all my future needs. UPDATE -

I had an issue with my upstairs unit blowing hot air, and Year Round Heating came out the same day to check it out. Supervisor Johnathan and technician Nick were fantastic! They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and confirmed it was fully covered under warranty.

They also noticed my duct system was outdated and helped me choose a filter duct that would not have to be replaced- a great long-term solution. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service.

It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this. I highly recommend Year Round Heating for their outstanding service and knowledgeable team!

Today was my first time working with these guys and I am now a member. I had Jared come out with Julian and they were both extremely friendly and very transparent with everything. I was working with right time home and they had left a very bad taste in my mouth because of their service. After explaining this to Jared he really made me feel heard and understood. They were quick to find what the problem was and get it fixed even cracking some jokes along the way. I also appreciate how they send you a Pic and tell you a little about your tech before they get there so you know who you will be working with, it made me feel like they really take ont only their work seriously but your safety as well. After they finished everything they showed me and sent me proof of the work they did and explained everything to me . I recommend these guys they truly know what they are doing and take pride in what they do.

Adrian arrived on time introduced himself very politely and proceeded to service our unit while describing what he was doing step by step. He was able to inspect and clean necessary components in a timely fashion.

The technician Adrian Becerril did an amazing job doing the A/C maintenance in my home. He was thorough and answered my questions. It’s great to see such professionalism and dedication to one’s job.

Our very old AC unit started giving us issues late last week. Year Round was able to get a technician, Ramiro out to my home by Sunday afternoon. After looking around he talked to us about what he had noticed and what he would suggest moving forward. We made a second appointment for Monday with his brother, Jonathan to explain their offered packages and prices with my father. We truly appreciated them sending bilingual technicians as Spanish is my father’s primary language. After sitting down with Jonathan and even a call from his higher up, my family was able to come to an agreement. The following day (yesterday) Isaiah and Miguel arrived and got straight to work. They were able to install a whole new unit and patch up the needed ducts all within the day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up quickly afterwards. My family and I were able to sleep extra comfortably with our new AC system, thank you Year Round!

The form of communication the company has established was also a huge plus. Between their dispatch team and texts I was always kept up to date on who and when they would be arriving.

Gregg is a class act. He walked us through the whole process of replacing our furnace and a/c unit, and why certain units would work and wouldn’t. He was clear and thorough the entire time. If Gregg shows up to your door, just know you’re in good hands.

We had Chris come by for HVAC maintenance. He’s professional, friendly and a knowledgeable technician. He went about and did the heater check up for us. Even though we had issues on our end, Chris was knowledgeable and detailed us on what we needed to have service on. He went above and beyond in servicing. Thank you!

From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Mariela was friendly, she made scheduling my appt. easy and provided good customer service.
Chris showed up right on time and was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, respectful of our home (even wore booties inside), and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing. He shared plenty of pictures, walked us through his findings, and gave honest recommendations without any pressure to buy. He was super knowledgeable, quickly troubleshooted our AC issue, and got it running again.
On top of that, Chris was really personable—friendly, down to earth, and even dog-friendly, which we really appreciated! You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and respecting the property he’s working in.
All around, just a great experience. If you’re looking for reliable service, excellent communication, and technicians who treat you (and your home) with care, I highly recommend them Chris and his team!
