He also educated me on how to keep my system running at its peak which I appreciate. I was pleased to meet Roger and definitely would be asking for him next time. I had an excellent experience with this HVAC maintenance service. Roger Cuadra was the technician who came out, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure my system was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he really cares about his work and the customer’s comfort. The technician was amazing, very personable, straightforward and clearly knowledgeable about my heating/cooling system. He did the maintenance, cleaned the furnace motor and inside the entire closet…it went from having 3”layer of dust to sparkling (luckily I didn’t have to get up there and look, he kindly took before and after pictures for me to review). All in all it was a great experience, it’s always nerve wracking to have someone in your home for repairs, but the tech, Roger Caudra, was extremely respectful and diligent. I had no worries going out to the garden while he did his thing. This is my second time using this company and both times it was a good experience!😊

These folks are the best! Every time someone shows up, they are friendly and professional. My kids are always hanging around them and watching them work, but they always handle it with humor and friendliness.
We have the service plan subscription and could not recommend it more to keep your AC and heating units in top shape - well worth the investment. I also got a great deal on a duct replacement service because I am a member!
Lasting Legacy does the right thing.

I have had Jonathan come to my house twice within the last year to do maintenance work on my A/C he is quick and thorough. He does not give you any bs or try to sell or upgrade he just says this gonna happen if you don’t fix this and this is how much it is. Here is the quote let us know. Roger came to my home, explained everything I needed, and even sent me pictures of my HVAC unit. He broke everything down clearly, showed me the best ways to maintain my system so it runs smoothly, and gave tips to help keep future repairs low. Great service, prompt and on time — definitely a five-star experience!

This was my first time using Lasting Legacy. I set an appointment for heating and a/c annual maintenance. First off the agent that answered the phone had great customer service skills. She set an appointment for me and explained the promotion that was going on. The schedules time frame as Bren 8-10 am. The technicians name was Roger Cuadra, he was very punctual. He arrived a few minutes before 8 which was great, most times folks arrived closer to the later time frame. Roger explained everything very clearly. He was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Lasting Legacy, please don’t change anything that you’re doing, this is a great company.

Jacob has serviced my house two times now and both times he provided A+++ service. He is very knowledgeable, he explains things so you understand not only the problem but also how things work. Jacob is also very considerate and respectful of my home as well. He was extremely careful to not disrupt the house, not damage the house and clean up as well. Jacob was so great we asked for him to come back this second time and we will be requesting him going forward. The monthly service subscription is also a great plan as well.

Spencer came out to look at our heater. He was here right at the beginning of our 2 hour window. He was polite and informative. He happily answered all of our questions and educated us as well as problem solved the mystery issue with our heater! He explained in detail everything he did diagnostically and all of our options. He was not pushy at all with service or sales. Very happy with his service!

We had such a great experience with Lasting Legacy. Our technician was Roger Cuadra who was sent out for our AC unit/heater. He was knowledgeable, highly informative, and broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. He laid out all of our options, gave us his professional opinion, and ultimately allowed us to do what worked with us. With other companies that have come out, they just glance at our unit and try to sell us products. The entire team from service center, sales representative to the installers , was very professional and kept me informed throughout every step, from financing to installation of our tankless water heater and water softener with filtration system and also AC system maintenance. The installers were respectful of our home and time and worked cleanly. While they may not be the cheapest option, we felt their pricing was fair and comfortable, which made it easy to move forward with them. I would definitely recommend Lasting Legacy. Update: 01/22/26 As a member of the Comfy Club, I was due for routine furnace maintenance and had Roger C. come out to service my system. He was extremely informative and took the time to educate me on the maintenance and overall condition of my furnace. I found him to be honest, respectful, and professional throughout the visit. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Lasting Legacy. So far, I am very grateful to have found this company

The technicians, from Lasting Legacy, did an excellent job inspecting my air conditioning and entire HVAC system. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully check everything to make sure the system was running safely and efficiently.
They inspected the thermostat, electrical components, filters, and cooling system, and made sure all parts were working properly. I really appreciated how thorough and respectful they were during the visit.

After deciding to replace my 30-year-old equipment, I can't say enough about the Great employees of lasting legacy, It started with Roger coming out who was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me about my very old AC and Heater. Next was Ryan Bujui, He went over my options, explained everything associated with a new system, what the guys would do during installation etc. I never felt pressured at all to upgrade, I made that decision.
My installers Hector and Omar, amazing young men, They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves everyday and explained what they would be doing each day, very nice, respectful and knowledgeable young men.

I also had contact with the office, Rebecca was very nice helping me get a permit pulled and thanks to her supervisor Colby for making it easy and less painful!
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. It was customer service extraordinaire, and I love good service!

Every process with Lasting Legacy was great! Cody was awesome on Sales. He worked with us to get us the best price. The guys who installed the equipment were on time, very efficient, and polite! The new AC is so much smaller & quieter than what we had prior. They insulate the closet where the furnace is placed. It all has a very clean look.

Not a great place to buy from. Beware if you get the wrong part they won’t allow you to return it. Sold me the wrong part and I couldn’t get me my money back. Crazy business practice
