Jonathan was excellent. He arrived right on time, inspected the HVAC unit carefully, identified that the issue was a low coolant level, and explained everything clearly. He completed the work efficiently and left the system running great.
I will hire him again and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable HVAC technician.

11/13/2021 : called for a 2nd time to have service and ALVERTO HELPED ME he is the best technician he explained to me in detail what the problem was and I even got myself a new digital thermostat , which I love it, now I can control it from my phone and saves me energy he explained in detail how it works and was so friend. ALVERTO thanks so much for help me and your service was great , professional and goes into detail explaining every bit . GREAT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY

Called the day before and they were able to fit me into their scheduled. Excellent customer service, they were fast responding to me and they did such a great job and they were super careful wearing shoes protectors not to get my floors dirty. They were on time. the Tech will explain in detail what he is doing and they are fast getting the work done. Extremely satisfied with the service the AC unit at the place I'm at it was so bad it was in bad shape and Year round Heating did a great job. MY AC UNIT IS RUNNING GREAT !!!

First, I was a little surprised to see three young men arrive for a tuneup service on my AC unit but they were on a training mission. The service provided was excellent. The technicians were thorough and considerate, aware that I was working from home. They explained what was done during the service call and shared information about their maintenance program. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided today. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors if they were to have issues with their units.

Super super nice people work here. If you’re looking for friendly technicians and phone reps, this is a great place for that. They also provide you with tons of info about your system. Julian did a great job today and really appreciate the service he provided throughout the process.

Trey did a fantastic job, he showed up on time and was ready to work. He informed me prior to starting how long the job should take. When finished he answered any questions I had, and he cleaned up and left. I highly recommend him great job.

The customer service at Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning is STELLAR. From the rep answering the phone to the technicians that came out to do the assessment, everyone was very friendly, professional, quick, and straightforward. They gave me all the info I needed and were honest.

I do think that their pricing isn't as good as some other potential competitors, however, the customer service is likely worth the extra cost.

Excellent service & exceptional customer service. I accidentally called Year Round by mistake & immediately hung up.. To my surprise, Annalynn (sp?) called back to ask if I needed assistance. She explained their current deal, all the services included to service my air conditioner & heating unit. She sold me immediately with the price for the services & I knew this would be my service provider for the life of my home. What really sealed the deal was also the technician, Julian. He was thorough, professional, transparent & very pleasant in explaining my unit along sharing pictures of what I could not see. He answered any questions I had & was very knowledgeable in what he does. Although, my home is only a few years old & no issues were discovered (yeah) I did purchase their yearly maintenance club membership for any future cleaning & needs.
