Nick came out and worked on my older A/C unit. He fixed a problem that the last servicer created and recharged the coolant. Friendly and helped explain the details of my system and the upcoming maintenance it will need. A/C is working great again. Honest and reliable company that I’ll refer to friends.

My husband and I were very pleased that Control Temp was able to accommodate us on the same day I called . It was a very hot week/day. Our AC started showing delay turning on. The motor was replaced with hopes that was the only issue. The young gentleman explained the whole process.We are currently pleased that our AC is working.

He was extremely honest, professional, and skilled. He was very knowledgeable about any questions I had and was able to explain things in layman’s terms. The cost was lower than anticipated and the work was done really well and very quickly. We were up and running in under two hours. Could not recommend him or this company highly enough.

Our heating and air conditioner replacement posed a complex problem, especially to achieve our goal of purchasing a more efficient and cost-effective system.

John, the owner of Control Temp, performed an assessment of our situation and developed a creative solution that initially appeared impossible. I seriously doubt that another company would have had the knowledge, patience or be customer centered enough to achieve this outstanding result. We wound up with a highly rated unit (American Standard) with an increased seer2 rating, as well as a heating unit (General Electric) at 95% efficiency.

Jeff, and the entire team installing the units was on time, professional, and had excellent technical and communication skills. They rerouted our old ductwork for improved function and left the work site perfectly clean when finished. They were a pleasure to work with.

Our home is now uniformly cool with excellent air flow. We have now received our first month bill from Southern California Edison showing a significant saving in energy costs.

Control Temp has been a great helper for me for years, and today was no different. Joe, did got my problem solved and was respectful of my house. Pricing was good, no surprises. I keep coming back over the years because I know that I can trust them.

First, I like to say, Control Temp deserves two formats of stars a three out of five. I truly enjoy the receptionist, she’s been kind. And Technician. he’s kind and professional. This is my complaint. The cost there’s two days that came over. This should’ve been the breakdown 100 the first day which was 40 minutes and the second day which was 25 minutes for a total of $200 and a filter which was $50. all labor was free. The technician told me it was more ..because I was still on the clock as he went to pick up the the item needed in Riverside. That’s unheard of. It’s not in the contract and it requires both parties Who sign the agreement For approval. Simply should’ve been when I get the part I come back which would’ve been two hours plus Filter that’s it I believe they overcharge me. Again, I think the Technician is outstanding, and so is the receptionist.they get a five star
