Excellent service and honest assessment of my issue. The technician was kind, clear and showed great creativity in fixing my problem.

Of the quotes I got to replace my HVAC system only John at Control Temp suggested we move the furnace and evaporator from the garage to the attic to improve airflow in the home. This was the hard route that would require a plan and would pose challenges to accomplish. The professionalism and organization of the Control Temp crew when tackling my HVAC and ducting replacement was impressive. The new system is incredible.

Many years ago, we started with another a/c company. When the owner passed away roughly 15 years ago, his wife transitioned their customers to Control Temp. Since then, Control Temp has serviced our HVAC needs. They have always done a superb job including the most recent situation when our 21 year old unit gave up the ghost. [When our old unit quit, I also talked with a retired a/c friend from church, and what he said was almost exactly word-for-word what the Control Tech service tech said, so it was nice having things collaborated ... which is what I expected.] Over the years, all the Control Temp techs (both service and install) have been great to work with. They know their business, and are personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. And Margery in the office is wonderful to work with too. You couldn't ask for a better customer service rep on the other end of the phone. Kudos to their organization at all levels.

The tech, Mike, was able to arrive promptly the same day, within about 30 minutes from calling the office. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also made some improvements to the system so that the issue would be less likely to happen again. Great service, great attitude, great explanation. Control Temp is my go to for heating and air conditioning. Thank you Control Temp! God bless you all!

The service tech. "Mike" who did our heater tune up did a great job. He cleaned, inspected, and tested our heating unit, plus answered a few questions regarding how it works and we were very pleased with the whole visit.

My family has used Control Temp for both complete system installation, preventive maintenance and when something goes wrong with the HVAC system. They always go out of their way to get someone to the house in a timely manner and do a great job once on scene. I highly recommend Control Temp for any HVAC needs you may have. My family won't use anyone else....trust me, we have tried!!!

This is a great local company that offers personalized care for its customers. They recently installed a heat pump at my house. John, Jeff and crew did not hesitate to do whatever was necessary to make sure that everything worked as promised. They sell a quality product and do not try to oversell. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had an issue with our thermostat or at least that what we thought. We contacted Control Temp to check for availability. Margery was able to send Josiah the following day. Josiah found that our furnace needed to be replaced and causing the thermostat not to power on. He somehow made our system work until the parts that were ordered, arrive. Margery contacted me 2 days later and the furnace was installed. Thank you Margery and Josiah for fitting us in your schedule and getting our system repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

They installed our system 11 years ago and did a fantastic job. Worked to perfection until last Friday night when a capacitor took a dump.
With temps over 100 We freaked out, but they had someone there Sat morning who promptly fixed it

What a fantastic company!!! Burned out by Sanborn's and Burgeson's. Nice to see that a small personalized service still exists. I had a mini split installed months ago by a family friend and the installer skipped town. Called Control Temp and owner John came out same day. The unit had not passed City permit inspection and there was a list of things that needed to be finalized and my brand new unit was leaking after only 2 uses. Justin and Sergio came out next day and did a beautiful job. Two really nice guys that listen intently and take pride in their job. Very courteous and friendly. They stabilized the condenser and shorted the too long tubes and wires and neatly wrapped them all up so it looks so professional. They found that the one inside unit was mounted incorrectly and remounted it. They figured out the reason for the leak and made sure the units were working properly. I cannot tell you what peace of mind this brought me. I have been discouraged and upset for months with an unfinished job and a mess. I was at a loss for who to call. They made all the worry go away. I can't thank them enough.

Control Temp came to the rescue! We've had record heat here (110+ degrees) and on Friday night my AC stopped working. Our house was up to 90 degrees inside. I called Control Temp late Friday night. The recording said to leave a message and an "on call" person would reach out to me. Early the next day on Saturday morning the owner, John, called me and said he would send over someone asap! Josiah arrived within ten minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back up and running in less than an hour. The capacitor Josiah replaced had a 5 year warranty so that was covered so I only had to pay for labor, which included an AC tune-up, for a total of $150. Not bad for a weekend call-out. I have a very old AC unit (original to the house which was built in 1978) and one thing I appreciate about Control Temp is they don't try to oversell you. They could have easily said I needed a new unit. Josiah did write in the invoice to consider a new unit since it was so old but he never verbally pushed it or made me feel like like that was my only option. He checked the air flow and said it was cooling just fine. I've only used Control Temp since I've owned my house and they are honest and trustworthy. Jeff B.
