Diagnosed 24 yr old central air unit. Provided images of issues and explained options for repairs or replacement. Decided on a replacement. Appointment scheduled, arrived on time explained what would take place, completed work prior to designated time frame. Very professional team, explained how to use unit and inquired if I had any questions. After a short discussion all questions were answered. I will continue to use A plus for my bi annual service needs.

AC Plus heating & air came out and serviced our ac unit. They did such an amazing job! The customer service was excellent. The unit is spotless now and ready to tackle these hot days. They took photos to show us all the before and afters so we can see the difference! Definitely found our new hvac company. Having them come out to service our furnace and do a duct cleaning before winter starts!

I wanted to wait for a hot day to see how my new system installed by Burgeson's performs, so it's 93 today, and the system works great! When it turns on it only runs 5 minutes, reaches temperature, then turns off. The crew did a good job installing the system. Happy to know it's going to be a comfortable summer this year.

Burgeson's A/C installed a Lennox 4T A/C unit in our home the first part of July. Let me tell you, it has been heaven in my home since then. From the Sales Rep. Jose to the installers Joshua, Richard, Mark and David they were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Punctual, finished in one day and conscientious of their work!

My experience with Burgeson’s Heating and Air Conditioning has been very good. My technician Alan Betancourt has been exceptional. I decided to go with an annual maintenance and I would like for Alan to do my annual service.

Just had Burgeson’s Heating, A/C, etc. installed multiple light fixtures. They did a fantastic job! Electrician’s photo was sent in advance so I knew what he looked like. He wore boot covers to protect my floor, was kind, and extremely professional. Fixed all issues at a good price. I’d definitely use this company again and recommend their services!

I feel like i have to share this information in order for it not to be repetitive and to prevent other potential customers from going through what i went through.

First to the owners of the company your workers may not care as much for the business reputation or care for the customers like you do. Perhaps youre workers have also not been trained properly and thats why they didnt fulfilled their job duties in going over everything with me.

I purchased the two mini splits which comes at an expensive price almost $18 grand. I didnt mind because i really needed them for my dogs. We live in a high desert area so it gets super hot. I could of gone with a cheaper option like purchasing it on amazon or at any other store. Then you need to hire professionals to set it up anyway etc.

I decided to go with Burgensons because of the years of experience. Also they were offering the service through Costco. I was also not told of their promotions without going through costco. I found out later about their promotions after i had already completed my intallation. Its all about the money and not whats best for the client.

I got my estimate for free. I was very specific of why i wanted the mini splits for my dogs. I was never offered the option of where i wanted the outter part of the mini split to go. For example some people have it on their roof which would of been better for me since i have dogs. Then i find out that if the dogs pee on the unit it is not covered and will ruin the mini splits.

After the mini splits were set up. They worked great. It felt like Alaska. After a few weeks they were not working. I would have to get next to the mini split to feel any air which was disappointing.

I called and they sent out a technician to take a look at it. The technician told me that the mini splits i purchased are not for the high desert. The sand, the leaves the wind brings, anything can ruin the coils. The mini splits would need to get service often and each service visit can cost up tp $300.

The mini splits are also not good for people who have pets because the dog hair can cause the mini splits to malfunction. I was also told that the installers of the mini splits were supposed to tell me how to care for the ac units which they didnt tell me anything. All they did was install the mini splits and leave.

I was mislead, misinformed and just feel like i should get a full refund. The person who did the estimate and made the sale never bothered to check back with me on how the units were etc. Once the money is given thats it. They only care about the money and not building relationships. They dont care if the client is satisfied and happy.

I also tried the plumbing service which was another disappointment as well. First it was getting the appointment back and forth with an estimate fee and no fee. I was told different things.

Anyway after that i got a verbal estimate by the supervisor from the plumbing department. I was surprised thought it was so cheap so i asked him 3 times if that was the correct price for everything. He confirmed so i scheduled the work.

The plumber showed up did some of the work and said the rest was not included. I assure him that i was told it was. So apparently the supervisor made a mistake. I received another quote for the rest of the work and they threw in a free snake procedure for my kitchen sink.

I told the plumber to please let me know when hes getting ready to put the snake in because i want to see what comes out of there. The plumber agreed to let me know. Then the plumber came and told me he was done with everything. He never showed me the snake process. How do i know if i got the free service or not. I didnt know i have to be there with the plumber watching every step just to make sure i get the free service. The problem with the kitchen sink was never fixed entirely.

If youre a female dont have estimates done or work done without having a male present. When a woman is alone companies take advantage. Do not show you the respect they would show for a male or when a male is present.

Anthony had to go under the house to no avail. Very professional and courteous. Price was exactly what I expected and very reasonable for the service

Burgeson’s customer service is second to none. Had them out because our A/C was not working. The technician determined the problem was a loose wire on the thermostat. No attempt to upsale and make unnecessary repairs at a considerable cost. I highly recommend Burgeson’s.

I have hired them a few times and have never really been satisfied. Them charging $119 just to come out to your house doesn't help. They do this, so when they over quote you for the work, you are more prone to say yes given you had to pay them so much just to come out. They are the most expensive shop in town and don't have good customer service.

I am the administrator for Mountain View Surgery Center and I wanted to take a moment to give a huge "thank you" for saving the day! We do procedures all day long and due to a bad switch that sparked and blew out, half of our procedure rooms lost lighting. I called and spoke with Karen who worked with the supervisor to send us an electrician within just a few minutes. In between patients, Abraham was able to replace the switch and reset the breakers. Rafael was great. Arrived on time and installed the faucet quickly. He told us the soap dish is a problem long-term, so we didn’t install it and kept the air gap for the dish washer.
