I was immensely impressed with Shane's conduct and his work. He was polite and courteous and did an excellent job. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing help with their air or heating.

I originally contacted them to purchase a whole house swamp cooler. I ended up getting my HVAC repaired for a reasonable price but never got a quote for the swamp cooler after several attempts.

Matt reached out to me to see how he could remedy the situation of my initial experience. He has shown a true interest in making things right. Personally taking the time to follow up with an in house estimate at my convenience. He was courteous and professional. Everyone makes mistakes but few are accountable these days and even less are genuinely concerned for the reputation and quality of work they put their name on. He has assured me that the issues have been resolved that led to the breakdown in communication.

I have full confidence going forward that Matt and AC Plus Heating & Air will meet all my heating and cooling needs.

Scott arrived on time and cheerful as always. I have been very pleased with AC Plus everytime they have come out to do their regular maintenance on my system. I give them my highest recommendation.

I needed them to install a Z wave thermostat. It’s an unusual thermostat and we didn’t have any luck the first time. But the second time, there worker did a fantastic job of getting the thermostat up and working. He was very easy to work with and did a great job, I highly recommend them.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional service technicians. My wife was pregnant and needed our AC fixed ASAP! Quick fix thankfully but definitely going to use them when we need a new unit! Thank you AC Plus!

Amazing service I called and they gave me an appointment like the following day. He came super friendly super professional Plus, they were bilingual so that’s a big o plus Portable got the job done that same day I know we’re super nice fresh in the house. No more hot highly recommend them. Will also return if anything else were to happen because they’re amazing.

Sean arrived on time and called ahead when on the way to my home. As usual, very kind and helpful with addressing my concerns regarding the freon level in the HVAC system they installed in March of 2024. It turned out everything was fine and working properly. AC Plus & Air is my go to company for HVAC needs. I couldn't ask for better service.

Shawn one of the technicians came out and got everything working right again. Can’t thank them enough! Shawn was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable he didn’t mind teaching me more about my system when he was here and walked me through what he was doing every step which was awesome!

I called them to come out for a quote. The woman on the phone was nice and pleasant. They came out that same week and emailed me a quote the same day. I approved the job and they called me the next day to schedule the replacement of my swamp cooler. The guys that came out were great, with great communication throughout. Unfortunately the switch was also bad. They ordered it and let me know they would call me and schedule as soon as part is received. Literally later that day i was called and scheduled for them to come out the same week which was only a couple days later. I was very happy with their response time and that they communicated with me the whole way. They also called 30-45 minutes ahead to let you know they were on their way. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Omar, my service man, was very helpful and knowledgeable. His workmanship was professional and thorough. I will be calling AC Plus again if I have any more AC issues. Thank you Matt, for building a solid and honest company.

I am 1000% satisfied with the service I received. I called them around 12:00pm today telling them I have no cold air coming from the vents. It’s now 3:50pm same day and my AC is up and running. I only use AC Plus for all of my HVAC needs. Super trustworthy friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service is great. They are promp and arrive when stated. They are a small business so the prices are cheaper but their knowledge and workmanship are top notch. No need to call anyone else. I've had both condensers replaced and they are working great. No issues.

John showed up on time and was very professional. He recharged our AC and explained that since our system was 15 years old we would need to replace part or all of it soon. He put together two estimates (a partial replacement and total replacement) and emailed it to me after our appointment. I appreciate the good work, professionalism and estimates we got.

Sean was friendly and personable, he told us what he would be doing. He took photos of the unit before and after. He answered all of our questions in detail and explained how the system works. So glad we found a company/senior technician that we can trust. Five stars for excellent service.
