Hotshot Chimney Sweep did great work today. Ashton and Taylor showed up when they said they would and completed a difficult job in good spirits. They communicated well and gave me some great information about my fireplace and chimney. I recommend Hotshot without reservation.

Had my first visit from Hotshot Chimney Sweep. Schedule the appointment a couple of weeks ago. Very professional interaction. I received text last night confirming the time and who would be arriving. They were delayed because of traffic and I received another text. They arrived within 1 minute of the expected updated time. Ashton and Tyler looked at both of the chimneys and recommended that one wait to be cleaned and one desperately needed a cleaning. Work was completed and they told me exactly what they found. Paying was easy with zelle. Received a report with pictures from Jordan. I have them put me on the yearly inspection list.

Team showed up on time were very professional and considerate. They were motivated to do a thorough job and communicate with myself. It’s obvious they are trained and know what they are talking about. Ashton and Tyler - Came to our home in Crestline. They went right to work. They explained what they were doing and looking for. They took plenty of pictures. When I asked them - where to buy the fire proof mat - they told me where to buy. The inspection took approx 20 - 30 minutes. It was really seamless. Both of the young men were professional and kind. THANKS. This inspection gave us peace of mind - as we enter into another winter season in the mountains. I will be using them in my home in Orange County as well.

I found Jordan and Hotshot Chimney through some yelp reviews when I was searching for a chimney sweep online following a new home inspection I received for my new house and decided to give them a shot based on their reviews and pricing.

Initially there were some issues with the repair of the chimney that I wasn't happy with...

So why 5-stars?

I'm actually posting this review because of the level of professionalism that I experienced from Jordan, and the Hotshot crew.

Jordan took my call about the issues I saw and took full ownership of the issue. He even offered my money back, but I just asked that he make it right...

Well....he did....Jordan came out personally to inspect the issue, and his guys came out multiple days to make it right and worked hard to get it done. My chimney looks good, The repair job is done and hopefully not, but hopefully one day I can keep Hotshot's in my back pocket for any future repairs.

It's rare these days that companies especially in trade's stand by their work instead of walking away from a job or leaving the customer with a headache and a mess...

Hopefully this review with instill some good faith in new customers that Hotshots is a good go to place for your home and chimney needs!

They’re friendly and efficient customer service, flexibility, and good prices sold me! They gave me options for what they could install, it beat the prices of another company I spoke with. All their qualities sold me. Happy they didn’t pressure me like the other company did too.

The communicated very well. They let me know when they are on their way when they got there when they were done. They cleaned out the fireplace even though they actually didn't clean the chimney. They told me it wasn't needed. When it is time for me to get my chimney cleaned I will be giving them a call back
