We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Elmer was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. We've done a fair amount of projects with Elmer and his crew. I really value his transparency and his communication. A few projects entailed fixing some water damage, where water is leaking through the walls. I won't call anyone else for this. He does a really good job with this and runs really good tests after repair to ensure that the problem is solved. Before I had met Elmer, I had talked to a good amount of people about repairing a wall leak, but they kept proposing things that did not feel right and were not reasonable in price. Elmer is very knowledgeable and is someone I trust doing work in my home.

Walter was the GC for the remodel of our home. It is a hillside home on a steep lot, the house was in a bit shape when we purchased it so we had to completely gut it and rebuild it. There was a significant amount of structural work involved as well. Walter handled all aspects of the remodel like a pro. He’s very diligent and a good GC

Remember the days when contractors had fair prices, were honest, would show up when they said they would and return a phone call? Or, when they did excellent work and took pride in what they do? Look no further then Walter and Cardoza Builders.

We met Walter many years ago when he was working for another contractor who was remodeling our Family Room. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail. It was something we had not seen in a very long time.

Since then Walter has done work at our home including electrical work, the installation of a gas fireplace and new granite surround, the building of our front yard fence and a beautiful arbor. In addition, he has installed a new concrete patio and Trex deck in our backyard. The latest work was the remodeling of our 1949 kitchen which included the careful preservation of our built in banquet. We have tried loading pics of these projects but for some reason the site isn't allowing us to do so but I'm sure they are in Cardoza's portfolio.

All of the people who have worked for Walter and Cordoza Builders from lathers to cement workers to granite and tile installers have been fantastic! They have been respectful, did a wonderful job and we were not uncomfortable having them or Walter in our home which is really important when choosing a contractor.

Walter is a gem and his ability to think outside the box while coming up with creative solutions to dilemmas is second to none. We believe this is just another attribute that sets him apart from other contractors.

We highly recommend Cordoza Builders and plan to use them to renovate our bathrooms in the near future. In fact, the only negative comment we could relay about Cordoza is that he is such a find that in the future we may have difficulty getting on his busy schedule.
