My Fuse technician was clearly a very experienced electrician, and he was professional and prompt. He offered to fix a couple of other things for me, which I really appreciated. The Fuse office is very responsive and flexible!

I’m so disappointed that Google has this business as google guarantee, I call this company and get appointment with them to come and give me estimates amount for my refrigerator they charge me $75 to come and check it out, After they come and get a test they told me that my refrigerator was not functioning properly and they recommended me to replace it and gave me the guy Cusin number which he had appliances store to go on get one from him based on their recommendation I went and bought a new refrigerator based on their own honest test end up spending all that money replacing my refrigerator that was have no problem at all and everything said it was not working was just a lie, and it cost me a lot of money to buy a new refrigerator.
They shouldn’t be recommended at all, I wish to give them a Zero rating for their unprofessional work and their extremely dishonest service.

Fuse installed a new heat pump system in my Marin home. They helped with securing rebates and getting plans through the city. I am very happy with the work quality and the responsiveness of their team. I will call them again when I have an HVAC issue.

We had a little issue with our air conditioning system. Called Fuse, response was quick and appointment scheduled right away! One of the owners Alex came, quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and super professional, also explained how to properly maintainIn the unit. In the future, if we have any problems with any appliances, heating or cooling units I know who to call, FUSE HVAC. Highly recommend!!

Dryer went out on Saturday morning. Called them that same day and Stacy answered. She was very helpful and patient. Was able to book an appointment the following day. Technician was named Greg and he was punctual. They gave me a time slot from 12pm to 2pm and he arrived shortly before 1pm. Got to work and was able to fix the dryer within the next hour. Told me to call or text if theres any problems with the machine. Satisfied with the overall process, work and transaction. Thank you.

FUSE is amazing! I needed to install a new ceiling light, along with two smart thermostats for my high voltage baseboard heaters. Aleksandr was very efficient, thorough, and friendly in helping me install everything perfectly. I will definitely be coming back for any other requests/needs. Thank you so much!

Dmytro did an excellent job fixing our gas stove. He was on time and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Greg and the Fuse Team are awesome! They were responsive, communicated clearly through the process and in the end exceeded my expectations. I was charged the initial service fee for Greg to come out and check my dishwasher. He determined the cause and ordered the part. It turned out to be more than the part and Greg spent several hours working to resolve the problem.

In the end he determined it was not worth repairing and that I should buy a new dishwasher. I asked him what I owed for the part and the second visit. He said, nothing I did not fix your dishwasher. Unheard of and uncommon honesty... I will recommend and use Fuse for all my appliance and HVAC service needs.

Still waiting for Home Depot to deliver the new dishwasher. They have failed two delivery dates, never called to tell me and now say they have lost it and I need to wait 48 so they can locate it. Exact opposite of what I got from Fuse.

I am very happy with the service I received from Fuse. The technician, Denis T., was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient in diagnosing and fixing our thermostat wiring. He explained everything he was doing and was very respectful of our home. The communication from Fuse was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Denis and Fuse for any electrical services and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Do not work with this company if you’re hoping to repair a vintage appliance. I had them come out to look at a malfunctioning oven on my vintage Wedgewood stove. The initial assessment was fine but the follow up quote for the repair work was eye watering high, primarily composed of ridiculous line items like “move the stove” and “reposition the stove”, and justifying the cost because the device is antique. I was willing to entertain their ridiculous quote if they would provide a breakdown on parts vs. labor. They never responded but I received an automated notification a week later indicating the transaction had been “finished”. I replied indicating my dissatisfaction after which they began SPAM calling me, still refusing to provide a breakdown of labor vs parts (I looked it up myself and parts would be less than 1/4 of the total). I’ve had to block their numbers. I understand that not everyone is willing to work on Vintage devices but I disclosed the nature of the situation from the start. I sincerely regret dealing with this company.

Our sub zero fridge control panel fritzed out after a power surge. Within a few hours of Jeremy, our technician, popping over, our fridge was back up and running with original parts for a decade old refrigerator!! So glad we went with this company. Got excellent, honest tips from the technician as well regarding warranty, pge claims etc. Highly recommend!

I just had Fuse HVAC install new ducts for our furnace in a very tight crawl space. They did a great job. Now all the rooms in our house are heating at the same rate. There are no cold or hot rooms anymore. When I set my thermostat to a temperature I now expect all the rooms in the house to heat evenly. Great work.
