Ron our tech arrived and then walked us through our AC unit explaining what needed to be done and why. We appreciated their email and text confirmations during their service as well! We will certainly use them again if we need them!

We cannot recommend Golden Comfort enough!! We just moved into our house on November. Of course, we are having everyone over for Thanksgiving dinner. Zach was here within a half hour and he has gone above and beyond to help us get the heat on and check the whole system and furnace!

I called them to fix our furnace, and the person on the phone asked for the information they needed to come and check it out. I told them I’d be available at 2 PM, and they showed up right on time. They were really respectful of my pets and even played with them after finishing the job. They’re super nice and do great work!

The owner, Garett, is awesome as well as the people who work for him. They are professional and prompt. I had my air conditioner and furnace replaced and they did a great job. I had already had 4 other companies give me an estimate before Garrett came out. They were straightforward and there was no pressure.

Everyone was truly wonderful. I went online to schedule an appointment, and they called to follow up the next day. The woman on the phone was exceptionally nice. We had a same-day appointment which is invaluable when your AC goes out during the summer. Brandan arrived early. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed our AC within an hour. We signed up for a service plan and will be repeat customers.

Tanner worked me into his schedule quickly and I had a furnace replacement within a few days. He gave me several affordability options and explained the pros and cons of each. After installation, he came back a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should.

Tanner installed Air conditioner and new furnace for me. Very fair prices and great customer service. He explained every procedure to me and found a water leak behind my furnace I was not even aware of. This week 4/15 my AC was running but not cooling. Called him this morning and he came right up and immediately found the problem and got it cooling again. He is the most honest caring man you could ever hope to deal with.
