This place is horrible! My AC stopped working after 3 days of fixing it! EXPLAIN!!! I need answers now!

It makes it harder for students to focus in class with this excessive heat, a way to fix that is by fixing our AC.

The ac at Pinole high school does not work. It is hot and uncomfortable and is in need of fixing.

it is absolutely not OK. it is very hot and they can’t fix the ac. i have to keep my son home from school so he doesn’t have a heat stroke.

The AC in my school has not been fixed for over 4 years the ac does not work at all and the classrooms are very hot and it is hard to focus when you are sweating all the time the school calls and its never gets fixed I would like this to be fixed so the students and teachers can work

Hello My name is Diego and I am a student at Pinole Valley High school. Throughout the years this AC company has never came into fix the AC, and it's hot here. The AC hasn't been fixed in a long time and the company does not bother to come and fix it.

Bay City completed our building on time, without issue. They worked with our subs to accommodate our jobsite scheduling and instillations. If we needed anything they were easy to reach. There was really not much more we would ask for.

Bay City mechanical has consistently provided inadequate services to my High school, which in return has led to a lot of complaints from students / teachers. We have been dealing with this problem ever since I came to the school which is 3 years now with no sign of quality improvement.

It has so bad that our staff and students have gone on strike because of the failure of the HVAC system, which in return made it uncomfortable and almost impossible to be inside the building due to the heat. Which during that time period the excessive heat prevented us from our education. Overall, their service has been very disappointing and needs significant improvement.

Bad service. We asked them to replace a noisy fan in our building. It took them 6 weeks to: a) confirm it was noisy, b) look for a replacement, c) tell us no replacement is available, d) tell us they'll custom manufacture one for us d) tell us the fan wasn't noisy after all and we dont need a new one. Thanks but no thanks. We'll never use them again, these folks aren't worth your time and money.

The HVAC job they did for me. Got completed on time . No change orders. Bay City Mechanical was clean, On time and budget friendly. I will highly recommend them.

Let me just say this: if your HVAC system has decided to take a vacation during a heatwave or freeze you out like you’re starring in a low-budget winter survival movie…call these people ASAP!

I reached out to the service department in a mild state of panic (AC broke and was sweating like a cat at a dog show) , and from the first “hello,” Brittney made me feel like everything was going to be okay.

She was professional, hilarious, and somehow knew exactly what was wrong with my unit just by the sound of me trying to imitate the weird clunking noises over the phone (I can just tell she is the goat at charades).

The techs arrived on time, were super knowledgeable, and didn’t leave until everything was working better than ever.

Moral of the story: The service department rocks. Brittney is a national treasure. My house is now a comfortable 71 degrees, and I no longer fear my AC like it’s plotting against me.

I manage a 22 story high rise in San Jose and have been using Bay City Mechanical for over 3 years. The service they have provided has been of the best quality, the techs that are assigned to my building are excellent and communicate extremely well. Carlos Lopez, the New Business Contact is superb; when I met with him, I told him what I was looking for (in terms of visits per year), he listened, made notes and then went back and talked to his team about what I was looking for. They adjusted their normal schedule and made it work - I did not get exactly what I wanted, but it was something that I could support.

We had one situation where a homeowner insisted that the central plant was the issue and not his unit HVAC, BCM sent out their Service Manager (Jose Padilla) who checked this units HVAC and confirmed to him that it was not the central plant (and there was no fee for the manager coming out).

Bay City Mechanical is a partner with our HOA - they want to do the best for the building to keep all 329 units cool in summer and warm in the winter. Thank you BCM

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt inclined to after dealing with the customer service department at Bay City Mechanical Their customer service is top-notch, and they really make the experience effortless for their customers. A special shoutout to Brittney who was the team member that helped me. She was incredibly nice, super helpful, and genuinely funny, which made the whole process so enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so personable and efficient. Highly recommend working with her and this team!
