The engineering department is one of the best, if not the best in the area. Whether you have a problem with temperature, or humidity they have a solution.
The technicians quality workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none.

This company needs to first train its employees on how to drive. Today while I was driving, I realized a van/truck from this establishment tailgating me while I was going nothing less than the speed of traffic. This leaves me with a horrible first impression of this company before even receiving any service. If the employees don’t even have basic manners and a sense of safety, I can’t trust them with any services, and would like to advice everyone to be careful when thinking of choosing this company.

Requested replacement of door gasket on commercial refrigerator and diagnosis of why door wouldn't close all the way. Engineer replaced the gasket and claimed he inspected the hinge, but couldn't find cause of door problem. Estes recommended replacement of the refrigerator for over $10,000. I then inspected the hinge myself, immediately identified the problem, ordered the necessary part online for $37, and replaced it myself. Estes charged me "Journeyman" labor rate, despite the so-called journeyman being unable to identify a problem that I (a laymen) identified with 10 minutes' work, and replaced with another 20 minutes of work.

I have trusted Estes Refrigeration for around 30 years. They have a long-standing reputation and exceptional service.

From their most recent project they completed for me, their technicians came out, on time (actually early).

The work they did was more than I expected, they took the extra time to plan out the project, and discuss with me so I understood exactly what needed to be done. I am very impressed with the intelligence and experience of the team that worked on this project.

I really liked how they took the lead on the entire project and made what was a nightmare for me, turn into such a smooth and successful project.

I used Honrath & Stacey for a laundry list of plumbing repairs needed at a rental property. Joey was very good about communicating and all of the repairs were done promptly and professionally. Everything was left tidy after the work was finished. I'll use him again (and already have!) for any future plumbing needs.

Joey and Crew are good guys and knowledgeable. They have done several plumbing repairs for my home. Another thing I like is many other plumbers are booked and too busy for days apart. However, Honrath & Stacey makes time fairly quickly (at the most by the next day) to come out and to a thorough job. I highly recommend!

I picked Honrath&Stacey for an emergency heater repair since they appeared to be a local supplier. I was lucky I did. They were able to come to my tenants home within hours and make an initial repair and then returned for a final visit a few days later. Our tenant has special needs which they addressed in both a professional and caring fashion. I believe their estimates and work is honest and with integrity. I highly recommend them!

Joey came to fix my old furnace and it was determined I need a new one (mine was from the 90s). So he came back soon after took the old one away and replaced it. It works great. He and his son were so nice and friendly, it was a pleasure having them in to do the job.

We've used Honrath & Stacey for a few jobs over the past few - repair on our old floor heater, basic plumbing repair and a total replacement of our waste and water line pipes (not a small job!). They've been great to work with. Easy to communicate with, professional, respectful, they explain what they are doing, and their prices are comparable to other companies in the area, if not a bit lower at times. We have an older home, 1941, and we quickly learned that Honrath is about the only company in the area that still repairs floor heaters. We knew Honrath had been around for many years. That's how we came to work with them initially, but have continued to use them because we trust their work and appreciate that they take pride in their work.
