The two workers did an excellent. They were courteous and very professional. The job with longer than we thought, but they work longer than expected, but they work very hard to complete job, so that I would not be inconvenient the next day.

I'm very happy Superior Plumbing of Richmond, CA. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and also honest. I am very happy with their work (fixing a very complicated sewline blockage at my home). They communicated every step of the way with me and did not try to over sell.

I called Superior Plumbing on a Friday and received a Saturday morning appointment for my water heater supply line leak. Oscar was on time, polite and knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly. I scheduled another appointment to replace my water heater and bring it up to code.

Oscar and Davis returned with materials and a new water heater for my installation. They were pleasant and worked well as a team. Their knowledge and hard work are greatly appreciated.

I called Superior Plumbing for the first time and Celina was able to schedule a technician within 15 minutes. Armin arrived and immediately proceeded to fix the problem. Customer service and technical expertise deserve more than the 5 stars allowed in this review. I am very grateful!

We were paired with Rudy and Oscar from Superior Plumbing through our home warranty company, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and exceptionally thorough. True experts who take pride in their work and deliver outstanding results.

A previous plumber had written our issue off as unfixable, but Rudy and Oscar approached it with patience, skill, and determination. The other plumber hadn’t even attempted to remove the cast iron pipe cap, but they recognized that was the key to gaining proper access to the line. It was extremely stuck, yet they had the right tools, expertise, and persistence to get it open and fully unclog the drain.

They communicated clearly, respected our home, cleaned up afterward, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. They also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and offered practical advice on how to help prevent it in the future . They never asked for a review or tried to upsell us on additional services — their only focus was resolving the problem correctly and completely.

As new homeowners, we’re incredibly grateful for their professionalism and integrity. We will absolutely be rehiring Superior Plumbing (and specifically Rudy and Oscar) for any future plumbing needs. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Our house is more than 100 years old and our plumbing is unpredictable. We have used Superior for several different jobs and each time they were able to diagnose, repair and improve our plumbing. They are courteous and punctual, and their prices are reasonable. We really rely on them.

It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately.

Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns.

Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs.
Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves.

Highly recommend using these plumbers.
