Ignacio was very polite & conscientious. He worked steadily to install our new bathroom faucet while solving some unforeseen problems with old pipes under the sink. The job took longer than expected, but Ignacio persisted until the job was done.

I am very pleased with this company. The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and polite. Armin was on time, and followed through with everything he said he would do and more! He even ordered a special fixture for my shower to match my unusual taste. He had to do some unexpected work to get the job done, and he really came through. He and his helper were friendly, and I could tell they were on top of things so it was not stressful at all. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did! Armin came out, listened to our concerns and gave us an explanation of what most likely caused our plumbing issues (which fortunately for us was a one off problem). He was professional, trustworthy, and I highly recommend the company and will without question call them again should a problem arise.

The workers were great. Replaced my leaking water heater which was still under warranty, so only paid for labor. Some rebuild of the wooden cabinet was required as well as some upgrades of the pipes and fittings. Quality work.

We had a complicated issue with a sewer lateral due to length and age. Initial efforts to unblock the sewer with an auger and hydro-jet failed. Persistence over six days paid off after video mapping to locate buried pipe and a hidden clean out. Initial communication with the office was challenging, but after engaging an experienced supervisor the situation was resolved. Conclusion: this job was difficult and Superior Plumbing saw it through eventually, restoring our system to operation and making us aware of pipe locations and details.

Superior plumbing responded very quickly when I called them two days before new year ; Mark and Jivoni were very professional and helped us to pick the best option to replace our water heater; they came on new year eve and completed our water heater replacement very nice and clean; I highly recommend this company; they are truly a professional company with very reasonable cost.
