It started great when I initially called them. It's a new house and we had multiple plumbing issues, so I was happy to call them for whatever came up. But then the same issues occurred, they refused to take responsibility, refused to honor their warranty, one of the workers who came was rude and disrespectful. The team manager hanged up the phone. They overcharged for some work we needed but then did a whole different job that we never asked for (the original work is still unresolved). Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Juan was awesome. He was courtesy and professional. It was nice to be heard and educated about what was taking place. We would definitely work with him again!

The worker who help me to repair the water heater want me to order the part is very expensive and no return. After I paid him the next two days, I got the part. I called him many time in different days, but not one answer and call back. Finally, after the call their customer service number and got the job done. Also they have a nice and helpful customer Satisfaction Manager service.

Our toilet and shower backed up. We called Roto-Rooter and they cleared out the roots invading our sewer line. Vanessa was great! They then used a camera to show what was causing the problem. They recommended replacing the old clay sewer pipe with something more durable with minimal joints. We will do that. Thank you Roto-Rooter for clearing the line and suggesting a long term solution.

Went through their website to set an appointment for the next day, received a call the day off before my appointment with an eta before my time which was great. Rey showed up and diagnosed the problem and had a look around to find the clear out (didn't know where it was myself tbh). Told me the possible problems and the prices, thankfully it didn't get to the worst problem. super fast and efficient was in and out in no time, left the house cleaner than when he arrived. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Juan and Hermil were extremely professional and considerate of my emergency tonight. I had a leak and had to shut off my water main to the house. They assessed my issue, made a recommendation and even went out to get additional parts as more leaks were discovered right before Home Depot closed. What’s even better is they kept to the original quote + materials. It’s a flat rate. What an amazing company and team. Please give them massive bonuses.

NOAH! Is the man! We had a very mysterious sewer clog that no one seemed to be able to fix. Once Noah got there he accurately diagnosed and fixed the situation and gave us very detailed options and best practices on how to keep our drains clean and keep them running into the future. Nothing but good experiences with this company so far!

Yesterday I had a bad day with my washer and garage being flooded I called roto-rooter.let me tell you the two guys that came to help us with this issue great customer service very polite told us what the problem was and preventative care for future mess. Very knowledgeable and above and beyond with the cleaning. We just want to say these two guys are recommendable. Even after a challenge they still got the job done. Juan Moreno and his helper were 5 stars service. Thanks again.

Excellent service as usual. Have been using local Roto-Rooter for years. Always pleasure to deal with their professional plumbing experts.
Carlos was amazing!!! Quickly fix the problem Which was a great relief, his many years of experience And expertise were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend. Thank you again for the great service 🙂 -
Excellent service, quality employees, more than satisfactory work!. My faucet was continually running (while shut off) on a Saturday...after making three other calls to plumbers who either do not or could not work on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend, Roto-Rooter came through and arrived within the hour. The plumber accessed the situation, found another major leak, wrote the estimate and with approval was off to fix my issues. It wasn't as easy a fix as anticipated as my fixtures were so old, extension pieces and more were require. Parts were not available at the local hardware store requiring a weeklong wait to special order. Although the water was no longer continuously running, he overnighted the required parts and completed the repair the next day. Thank you so much Roto-Rooter, you saved my day!

I called Roto Rooter because our sewer line needed to be snaked. They arrived within an hour. Upon arrival the technician agreed that the line needed to be snaked and said that it would cost $500. I told him that I had a coupon that was offered on RR website for $100. He went to his van and wrote up a receipt for $590. and said that he could not accept an online coupon, it must be printed. I pointed out that there was nothing stating this on the website. He eventually offered a $75. coupon that he had with him. Whatever, the initial $500. amount became $590. I paid $515. The technician did a good job clearing the line. I wasn't happy with the coupon discrepancy. I won't call RR for any future problems.

Clearing the drain cost more than twice what our local plumbing company would have charged based on cost of labor. Stated estimate for repairing just the broken y-pipe was $6,301; we paid less than $600 to have our local plumbing company to repair both that pipe and the shower drain leak. Roto-Rooter supervisor told us we needed a $16,000 replacement of our iron plumbing and his technician told us they are required to inform us of the needed work. Our local plumbing company told us the iron piping is old but in good shape and does not need to be replaced.
Roto-Rooter estimated verbally $5,000 to $8,000 for a needed "lake of sewage" clean-up, then showed up the next day to do the work when we had not approved that work to be done. (Wife could hear from the bedroom above the conversation between husband and Roto-Rooter restoration person; husband made it very clear that wife must agree with estimate before any work is done.) Our local plumbing company said the leak was from the kitchen and laundry line of the plumbing and all that would be done is vacuum up about a gallon of water then put down kitty litter for the small and decreasing amount of fluid.
The younger tech had a stern attitude about the work his supervisor said needed to be done (said it was their responsibility to inform us) and expressed a conformational attitude toward wife when she questioned the overpricing. The supervisor was throwing around nonsense numbers. He told us he was already saving us $2,000 on the pipe repair when the discount stated was $671 ($6,301 down from $6,972, a $671 difference). Again, our local plumbing company did the repair for less than 10% of Roto-Rooter's estimate). The Roto-Rooter supervisor seemed friendly, but his words and demeanor felt like sleight-of-hand, high-pressure tactics.
In the past, a Roto-Rooter technician cleared plumbing for us at a reasonable price and was straight forward and respectful. This current experience was much, much different than that.
We won't be calling Roto-Rooter again. -

Been using alansi for a few years. They are great at coming out the day of and are always nice and professional. Wish they had longer hours but you can't have everything

It doesn't get better than this. Based on Yelp! reviews, I called Alansi's at 2pm with a clogged toilet and two others acting up. Since we are going to have company over for Christmas dinner in a few days, this could be a disaster. The woman on the phone was very friendly and efficient. They were able to send their guy over within the hour! He was done by 4pm, showing me what he did and explaining what he thought the problems were. He was very professional (took off his shoes at the door), knowledgeable and fast. The cost was very reasonable since they service 3 toilets. These are our new "go-to" plumbers for sure.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and the friendly, informative interaction. It's always nerve wracking to have repairmen come to my home, but he made me very comfortable and he fixed the problems to my satisfaction. I will recommend Alansi’s Plumbing Co. to my neighbors.

Alonsi's Plumbing is always my go to vendor. A truck backed into my outdoor water faucet; broke it off - water everywhere. I shut the water off to the house and Alansi's came to the rescue within the hour. Reasonably priced for an emergency appointment. I highly recommend them.

Alansi's Plumbing has performed work on several properties for me over a number of years. They are professional, polite, experienced and trusted
craftsmen and colleagues. Their prices are very fair and there is no nonsense with this team. Highly recommended. All work in SF -
Alansi Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. They are on time, extremely skilled, and fairly priced. We have used them for big jobs- replacing a 3 story ceramic pipe- to small jobs -fixing faucets and clearing drains.
Yehia and Mo are very pleasant and honest; they care about their customers and it shows in their work. Alansi Plumbing is a very reputable company. -
Do not contract this company, there is a violent man with anger issues that works for them and is dangerous. One of their plumbers was working next to my apartment and blocked my driveway. After politely asking him to move, he became aggressive and immediately escalated by threatening me with physical violence, saying he was “having a bad day…”. I would not trust my wife or kids to be around this company, and I highly advise anyone else stays away to protect themselves from potential harm.
