I can’t say enough good things about Alansi Plumbing. After waiting three weeks for another plumbing company to return my calls (and still nothing—even today), I decided to try Alansi based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Best decision.

They came out within an hour of my call, which alone felt like a miracle. From start to finish, they were simply lovely—professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took their time explaining exactly what the issues were, what my options were, and why—without any pressure or upselling.

It’s so refreshing to work with a company that clearly knows their stuff and genuinely wants to help, not sell you things you don’t need. I’m very impressed and grateful.

Hopefully my toilet behaves itself from here on out—but if it doesn’t, Alansi is officially on speed dial. 🙌

We had a home emergency when a water pipe broke, rendering toilet/shower/bathroom inoperable. With a household of two working parents and two teenagers this was a huge inconvenience.
The excellent staff at Superior Plumbing immediately responded to our problems.
Water was flooding under the back wall of our home and they found the leak and fixed it with a bypass-pass as a temporary solution. After the rainstorms subsided, at my request, they return to excuvate under the brick patio to replace the broken pipe with new, high quality copper pipe. They restored the bricks such that no further repairs to the patio was necessary.
A special thank you to Yonathan B. for having the knowledge and skill to accomplish this solution to our plumbing problem of our much loved old house in Berkeley. Also, the fee was very reasonable, so my highest recommendation. Ed Orgon, DDS

A pretty dramatic replacement of a sewer lateral on a steep hill was accomplished in 6 days with no issues of any kind. I would definitely recommend them.

We experienced a serious drainage issue at the house that was causing strong, unpleasant odors. When the plumbing company arrived, they conducted a thorough and accurate inspection of the problem. We weren't getting hot water in the house and I called another plumber who said we would need a new hot water heater for $4k. I called Superior Plumbing and Armin came out the next morning. He quickly figured out that the emergency gas switch had been accidentally shut off. Once he turned the gas back on, the hot water worked again. Saved me a lot of money!

Timely service. Patient with my questions. They even went above and beyond! The original task was a simple replacement of the gas value. Then they found an extra leak in my water heater and fixed it for me anyway! Just a quick 15-minute fix, but still very nice of them to take care of that for me Awesome team.
