Plummer got to my house I was in shocked it didn’t take as long as I thought he arrived very fast . He had such Great customer service. Came in and got the job done he communicated effectively and was very professional. Any plumbing needs I’ll definitely call and request him specifically. Thanks for your service.

Eddie & John did an excellent job in replacing my 18 years old water heater. In just a few hours we have nice hot water. They both have the golden heart & took care of their customers very well. Thanks so much Eddie & John for your help.

Our tech, Quinn, showed up on time and was communicative, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and skillful. He quickly assessed the problem with our toilet (an uncommon “high efficiency” brand with a unique internal assembly that has been giving us headaches for two years), and within 30 minutes of tinkering had it working like new. Will use Roto Rooter again for future plumbing needs and will request Quinn if he’s available.

I am a former Navy Officer who honorable served our Country for 9 years and retired as a Lieutenant Commander. I have been in Silicon Valley for 49 years. On June 10, Roto/Rooter displayed one of the best Customer Service that ever experienced. It was very EASY to make the appointment with Carol. I was consistently kept abreast of the estimated time of arrival. Quinn, the Roto-Rooter Technician was Very Professional, Courteous, and Experienced. He kept me informed of all contingencies. He finished the complex job in a very timely manner. The final Cost was very reasonable. Roto-Rooter Walked the Walk. Well done to All !

From the intial call when I spoke to Michael to set up the appt, to the Water Restoration Project Manager Tamir who stopped by to assess my issue. To the plumber Patrick he was professional, knowlegable, friendly and did a great job in a timely manner. Definetly, use them again.

Jose Guerrero (employee 0367) just left my home. He was awesome! Very thorough and friendly. He walked me through my issues. Explained why it occurred and he was going to solve the problem. And then he did exactly what he promised. This person is a great representative of Roto-Rooter!!!

First time water mitigation with Roto Rooter:
We had a problem with a leak coming from our kitchen sink. Roto Rooter came out quickly to check and fix the leak, but we found out we needed water mitigation. It was good that Roto-Rooter also had a team that could also come to check the same day and do readings and get humidifiers and equipment set up to deal with the water mitigation…

It was our first time working with Roto Rooter with Water mitigation. We did have some struggles with communication with their team and technicians but I have to give big thanks to Rhonda from their team who jumped in to make sure things were done in the proper way and answer all the questions we had. She came after everything was done, to assure us the job was done right and did all the readings to wrap up.
Overall it is good that they can come quickly because with water mitigation time is an important factor.

Jose was professional, efficient, and collaborative about determining how to handle the sewer issue with the home owner. He made the experience stress free and recommendable.

The technician (Quinn) arrived within 2 hours of being called on a Saturday afternoon! He worked constantly for a couple hours to solve our problem in an outdoor 40 year old faucet, and explained to us what he did to fix it. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. We really appreciate his service!

I had a great experience with Eddie from Roto-Rooter. I called them out for my organization because both of our showers were backing up and flooding. Eddie showed up fast, was super friendly, and explained everything clearly. He not only helped with the backup but also gave me info about installing new showerhead assemblies and their deep cleaning service for sewage on the floors. He made a stressful situation way easier to handle — highly recommend working with him!

Working with Rhonda Burton was such a great experience. Her knowledge of what needed to be done made do much sence. I was very happy with her as well as CJ in the office. Dealing with her was also very pleasant. She explained everything that insurance was paying for. My Service Rep Jose was very knowledgeable and advised me on best practices and regulations that better serves my household. I am able to understand what my say stem should look like and how it should operate. Plus, he was very thorough with his due diligence and the process. He did not rush through anything which I appreciate because we use our bathroom a lot.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Juan and Rogelio did an excellent job putting in a new water heater. It was an emergency and they came to help immediately. They were friendly and professional.. definitely are the ones to depend on.

Juan and Rogelio did a wonderful job. They listened to what my concerns were and very thoroughly discussed possible problems and solutions. I was leery since I had just had a different company come out and charge 360$ but failed to fix the issue.. Mark came out to video the pipes and they had been successfully cleared!!

Had a previous issue that resurfaced. HOA required me to call them back out but since it was in the 30 day window, there was no additional charge. Very thankful that they honor their warranty. Jose provided great service and explained what the follow-up appointment entailed. My first technician, William, was also great. I would definitely recommend and call again if needed. Sharon
