George came by to investigate a mysterious clog in my drain. Although we were unable to solve the issue, in this first visit George spent over two hours with a camera and a snake in the pipe trying to figure out a plan. He was very professional, kind, and his price was fair for the work that he did. Based on our discussions, it seems that he has many years of experience with odd plumbing issues, which were necessary to begin to solve the issues with my pipes. I have hired cheaper plumbers before, but they didn’t have the equipment or time to understand what the major issue causing the backup was. I look forward to working with this company again.

We had a plumbing emergency! Of course it was late Saturday night…Juan and Hermil of Roto Rooter were here within the hour. Fixed everything, explained thoroughly and on their way. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you!

I was able to get serviced the same day I called in. The tech was very knowledgeable and it came with a 3 month warranty where they come back if there are other problems

My plumber was experience and well knowledge about the problem that I had and she got straight to it and was able to get my sink running in about an hour and a half and I’m very appreciated about that. She’s a wonderful asset.

Juan was incredibly professional and helpful. He fixed my leaking bathtub by replacing a very stuck cartridge and even picked up the part from Home Depot. He explained each step clearly and went above and beyond. He also helped me move a bird nest from my door that I was too scared to move.

Quinn Simpson came out today to address a plumbing backup I had at my residence. From my initial contact all the way through the process he was very attentive, personable, professional, and helpful. He explained what he thought the issue could be and how he would go about remeding the stoppage. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with the bloackage. He then got to work. He had all the tools of the trade to complete the job and knew what he was doing. Once the blockage was cleared he explained what he thought the blockage was from and how to overcome any future blockages.

Quinn was knowledgeable, worked smart, was personable, and guided me through the entire experience like a pro.

I called Roto Rooter when our main sewer line was clogged. They came quickly. your technician, Quinn Simpson was very helpful, patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I was surprised to see such a young man so dedicated to his job and proud to work for a company that value its employees.

I called early in the morning and they were able to send someone that morning to check my garbage disposal. The technician Jose G. came. My whole garbage disposal unit needed to be replaced because it short fusing and was smoking! Jose G. was able to replace the whole part quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated his expertise, and minimal hassle. Super happy with services.
