My washing machine valve is leaking. The first plumber came who even cannot release the valve and told me they need to cut the pipe and connect a new pipe, the quote me $1400. Then I found another 2 plumber came for a quote. One of them told me the same, cut the pipe which cost $1550. When Jeff@Val Betti came he checked the valve and told me you are lucky it’s only valve head leaking. And he gives me the quote is $414. I’m surprised, he has different opinions than the other two plumbers. I asked him it’s not necessary to cut the pipe? He said NO, it’s the valve issue. May the others wanted to make more money.. Val Betti saved me, Melissa well organized my booking, Jeff is honest and did a good job. Thanks!

Val Betti Plumbing was excellent, well Jeff was anyway. He did a thorough job and did it the right way. Sure, it went over our initial quote, but this was an added unforeseen issue (flange removal and replacement due to it being 3/4" high). He had to call in reinforcement and I had two plumbers working in our tiny bathroom, literally on top of each other (Sorry other plumber guy, can't recall your name).

They worked on the toilet for close to 4 hours. Nothing but a BIG Thank you to the plumbers and Val Betti.

Installation was clean and properly done, there were some leftover dirt behind the toilet (metal shavings from grinding down the cut flange) I'm not going to dock a star for that though since we can clean that up easy.

New Toto Drake II toilet is fantastic, no leaks, solid install.

My bathroom sink faucet knobs would no longer come to a stop. I was able to turn them around continuously and would have to just stop at the point where water was off. My shower downspout would also increasingly leak water when the shower head was on. I saw all the great reviews Val Betti had online and decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier with their service! Customer service was top notch. Our technician was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I liked how he had a physical catalogue of parts and pricing and was able to show me exactly what I would need and how much it would cost. I was relieved he had the parts on hand, and it was a super quick job. Customer Service on the phone was excellent as well. Thanks, Val Betti!

We've hired Val Betti Plumbing for several jobs over the years, from small to large and we will *never* hire anyone else to touch this house. Every single person is incredibly smart and professional and treats us with not just courtesy, but genuine respect and friendliness. And the work they do is beautiful - yes, plumbing work can be beautiful. These guys are amazing and I can't say enough good things about them; if you aren't hiring them to do plumbing work on your house, what exactly are you doing?

We have used Val Betti Plumbing for many years. They are very responsive, professional, and reliable. I am the third generation of my family to use Val Betti's services. Over the years they have repaired leaks, installed faucets, installed water heaters, and replaced wall heaters. Several years ago they replaced all my galvanized pipes with copper pipes. I highly recommend them, and will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

Discovery of a slow leak in the 1" plastic water line between my meter and my house last weekend first prompted a call to a family member in the trades for a recommendation. After he said Val Betti was the only company he would recommend, I made a call to them Monday morning.

By Monday afternoon, Valentino was there to assess the problem and offer a couple of solutions. That night he emailed had an estimate I considered reasonable. Tuesday morning we scheduled work for the next Thursday. I was to expect a crew between 8:00 and 8:30 am, and was told work would be done by the end of the day.

By 8:15 Thursday morning, Edgar, Sam, Ian and Justin were all at work. They carefully removed the sod from the area that became a trench, worked around yard sprinkler piping, tunneled under my paver walkway and retaining wall, and had the 1" copper replacement line in place, tested, and in service within a few hours.

By noon, they had replaced sod and cleaned up after themselves (see photo). It will take a few weeks for the lawn to recover from the "surgery" but I cannot have asked for better work or workers.

John was phenomenal.
He arrived right on time, was pleasant, extremely professional and easy to talk with.
John was completely comfortable listening to and answering any questions as well as tolerating our attention while he worked.
John took thoughtful care with our shower while replacing the cartridge which thankfully would allow us to finally turn the water off/on. He didn't waste time and the charge was totally reasonable being just as quoted on our invoice.
Val Betti was recommended to us by a valued contractor and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated from scheduling, assessment and work performed.
We won't hesitate to contact them again with any plumbing needs!

I’ve had Val Betti plumbers before to fix a leaking kitchen sink pipe and the plumber was nice, helpful and did such a good job.
I decided to have a non working guest bathroom toilet installed by them also. The plumber that did this job was again so nice,
did a great job and didn’t leave any mess or trace that he’d been here working!
I will call them again for any other problems with plumbing.

They were on time and professional. Came when they say they were going to come and gave me updates on when my parts would come in. Repair works fine and cost was reasonable.

I couldn't be happier with the work performed a few days ago by Val Betti Plumbing. I had a leak at the meter, and the first plumber dug down to the pipe where the leaks had been in the past. No leak, and no obvious location for any other leak. They recommended a leak detection company that had special technology, and as soon as the leak detector localized the leak, a Val Betti plumber came again and fixed the leak with a new pipe fitting, and returned the soil to it's normal position with no mess. I verified that the repair was 100% percent successful, with not the slightest leak at the meter.

In less than 24 from letting Val Betti know, got my beautiful new Toto toilet installed (and the crummy broken one hauled away). Much appreciation to Mitch for the efficient and professional install, and for his courteous and kind manner.

Called Val Betti on Tuesday, was scheduled for someone to come out on Wednesday, they arrived in the appointment window. When the service tech arrived, I realized I had some other items needing repair got the additional items included to be fixed at the same time. Replaced garbage disposal and replaced an outside water on/off valve. The work was done in an hour. Workers were really professional explained what was needed. I will be calling for another item that needs replacing very soon.

He's personable, does great work, and is a really good communicator. Listens to your issues and provides clear recommendations and immediate pricing quotes. We love Val Betti Plumbing.

George from Lifesaver was amazing! First of all, he did what the previous plumber couldn’t. He is so transparent and honest. He will let you know as much as you want to know (for those interested in the details) and show you everything step by step. He has so many opportunities to upsell us, but he didn’t and was very conscientious about cost savings for us. Most importantly, he gave of us the gift of time. Our problem would have cost us thousands immediately, but now my family can better prepare for this bigger expense. Also, he has the latest tech to do the job and do it definitively. No doubts or what ifs. He made me feel confident about the decisions I made. Would work with him again and recommend to friends and family!
