John Baudoin is the most knowledgeable Navien Tankless Water Heater expert I've ever dealt with. I've had problems with a unit since it was installed by another company in 2021. A total of 6 different service calls over the next 2 years brought John B. (the expert from Val Betti) to my home. John was able to troubleshoot this unit and isolate 3 separate components that would need to be replaced. Since I've had so many problems with the Navien, I felt it was necessary to return to a 50-gallon tank-style water heater. John returned the next day, removed the Navien unit and installed the 50-gallon water heater by himself in less than 4 hours. Finally, a great hot shower after almost 2 years of frustration. I'm never calling any other plumbing co. than Val Betti! John is a plumber worthy to be praised!!!

I had a leak and a stoppage in my bathroom. Val Betti plumbing not only took care of the problem they made an appointment for me much sooner than the regular plumber that I use. I will never go back to my usual plumber. The technician that came was wonderful. The office staff is very kind and friendly too. I had an amazing experience.

We have used Val Betti plumbing on a couple of occasions. Every time we have been very satisfied. This last time we needed a hundred year old rusted pipe removed for a new kitchen faucet. It was mission impossible. But John B. came out and saved the day. In the hour minimum service time he extracted and replaced the rusted pipe and installed our new faucet. He literally saved us thousands of dollars in wall repair.

My experience with Val Bettie plumbing has been the best. They are very professional and sincerely care about your plumbing problems. Today Ryan fixed broken pipes in our home. He explained the problem in language that we could understand. I have used them for 20 yrs and would not want to hire anyone else.

Val Betti is the best! Andrew repaired a water hammer problem that 3 other plumbers from a different company were unable to diagnose. I am so impressed with the responsiveness and professional manner of everyone whom I spoke with at Val Betti. They are also more reasonably priced than some other companies. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with fluctuating water pressure in our house, called Val Betti based on Yelp reviews. They were able to get appt in about a week and were very responsive, even calling to confirm the appt beforehand twice. Plumber was super nice, very professional, quickly able to ascertain and articulate the problem and my options to fix it. Fixed it right on the spot, I even asked on-the-fly if he (they) could check out our water heater, and he said no problem and was able to accommodate. He replaced our pressure valve and even installed a new hose faucet as a courtesy, and also cleaned/flushed our tankless water heater -- all in a single 4 hour visit. I would definitely recommend Val Betti again and they will be my go to plumber from now on!

Ryan is their plumbing specialist. He was very clear and fair when giving me estimates before I engaged his company to do the work. We replaced our hot water heater and the job was done by two service persons. They were very efficient, professional and they cleaned up afterwards. Ryan replaced one of my faucets and he was very personable and professional at the same time. Their phone representatives were also very helpful and always called ahead before our scheduled appointments as a reminder. I trust this plumbing service totally because they are honest and fair and professional.

We just replaced our kitchen sink and countertop, and Val Betti replaced our old galvanized pipes with copper, moved the plumbing from wall to deck mount, put in shutoff valves, lowered our drain, and hooked up the new sink. They were great! They're responsive, organized, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and honest. And nice! They went out of their way to help us out when we had delays. Contacted Val Betti Plumbing due to a water heater leak. Val came to my home and quickly determined that the cold water line needed a new gasket. After promptly resolving the issue, I asked him how much, and he indicated no charge for his time! I was very appreciative, and thanked him for his expert service. I've also used them for other plumbing repairs for one of my rental properties as well. They're professional & honest, and will definitely use them for any future plumbing maintenance.

I have had Val Betti come to Marina Bay a few times. Each time, the plumbing issue was resolved, discussed options and costs, and completed the work. Most recently the angle stop for the toilet was leaking, found to be cracked. He fixed with parts on the truck, quickly, and it's fine now. I find the plumbers explain the problem, and the repair, and friendly too. And really know plumbing inside and out.

We have repeatedly relied on Val Betti for plumbing work and are consistently satisfied with the quality of their work and professionalism. Most recently, we had a clog in our sewer lateral and called a franchise plumbing company (there is a personal connection) but it was an all-day fiasco and we finally cancelled the work. So, we called Val Betti, which we should have done in the first place. Jeff came out, determined what the problem was, had all the equipment needed in his truck and promptly took care of it. He also used a camera to show us what was causing the problem, told us how to fix it and recommended a couple of companies to do the job. In about 2 hours he was able to do a job that 3 other guys could do in almost 6 hours. And he charged us less than a third of what the other company quoted. Why call anyone else?
