Highly recommend! We got three estimates for replacement of lateral sewer line and some internal pipe re-routing for our older home in Lafayette. GTOs price was half of one of the other estimates and about $5000 lower than the other. GTO was very thoughtful and creative in their approach-- for example helping to save a tree over the sewer line. The team was very communicative and professional. It was a difficult job and they got it done for an amazing price.

We had a great experience with this plumbing team. They were incredibly nice, prompt, and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and handled everything efficiently and cleanly. It’s such a relief to work with people who are both skilled and genuinely kind. We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Manolo and his Son of GTO provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were professional, courteous, respectful of me, (a 64 year old Woman, home by myself), our home and property and worked relentlessly to resolve our plumbing issues. Manolo provided me with easy to understand explanations about the problems with our system, what was required to resolve those issues and of his work at each step of the repair process. GTO also provided photos of the work/repairs to my roomate, via text, as he was at work and not able to be here while they were in our home both diagnosing the issues with our system and completeing the necessary repairs. This was crucial as my roomate was responsible for overseeing the process and providing payment on behalf of our landlord who lives several hours away. Manolo's documentation was so thorough that our landlord was able to sign off on the repairs and the payment at each step of the repair process! They resolved our issues in a more than timely manner and took great care to thoroughly clean up our property after finishing the repairs to our system.

In a world where fewer and fewer 'professionals' take pride in their work and deliver fully on promises made, GTO/Manolo and his Son unequivocally stand head and shoulders above and they do so with GREAT INTEGRITY!! Moreover, as a Woman, it was refreshing to be treated as someone who is not only as capable as any man of understanding issues related to plumbing and home repair, but who also has the ability to make competent decisions with respect to resolving those issues. Edgar was awesome. From the moment I called he picked up right away and was available to come out super quick. He showed up before I even got there had a mask and gloves and was ready to go. He quickly assessed the property and then didn't even charge us for coming out. I would definitely call Edgar as my first call for any plumbing needs in the future! 5 star service all the way!! Great service, in all ways. Installed a new kitchen sink and faucet, on time, and at a lower cost than the original quote.

I called around after having issues with a tankless water heater and Edgar was the most responsive and affordable. I ended up needing a new one in a new location and he was able to start work quickly and communicated well throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Edgar to anyone and will plan to call him again for any other plumbing issues that come up.

The old exterior valve for my house's main water pipe had a leak. I called Val Betti and one of their plumbers came and, after describing different types of valves, replaced the old valve with a new ball valve, briefly turning off the water line while he worked on it. End of leak. When I subsequently flushed my house's toilet, the in-tank plunger apparatus failed to completely turn off the filling of the tank. I contacted Val Betti again and the same fellow came out and took care of the toilet problem, at no extra charge (he said the prior turning off of my water line had released some debris particles that had gotten into the plunger apparatus).

I am very happy with the quality of Val Betti's work, and the friendliness of their plumbers. I recommend Val Betti!!

5 stars for Ryan at Val Betti's Plumbing. We've had a few plumbing issues this past month and Ryan has shown professionalism while performing his job with excellence. He has the ability to explain what needs to be done and gives honest options for the fix. Couldn't of asked for a better plumbing company.

We liked how our job was done, starting with a less expensive faucet cartridge replacement, then with a more expensive replacement of galvanized piping with copper piping. Problem solved! Front office was very communicative and friendly, too.

Val Betti dispatched someone to my house same-day to fix my wall heater. They were professional, on time and went above and beyond the initial repair to make sure my wall heater worked great. I would definitely recommend them!

This place is a life saver. I actually called them last year for an old heater i thought was dead and the guy came in and fixed my heater quickly and the price was too good to be true.

I had an urgent matter this time with both my wall heaters and looked for a local company and didn't realize it was the same company until they returned my call and knew my address. Well again AMAZING. I sent an email on a Tuesday and was called that next morning with an open slot within the hour. Again superb i had an old heater spark right up and a replaced thermostat within an hour and again the cost was too good to be true. So good i dare not mention it. :)

This will always be my go to company for my heating needs. the cost is great and they are super responsive.

I moved into my place in December and I have been addressing issues as they came up. The Hansgrohe shower seemed to be out of the skills of a couple of plumbers but not Val Betti. Then the garbage disposal stopped and they were out in a day to replace it. In both cases the repairmen made things were working and addressed my concerns/questions. Also, polite, conscientious and made sure they were not leaving a mess. Highly recommend and will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

We recently remodeled our house, which included adding a bathroom, relocating our laundry room, and relocating our hot water heater. During the endless search of plumbers, my husband remembered that his parents used Val Betti Plumbing for work needed at their house in El Sobrante. We gave Val Betti Plumbing a call and luckily, they have started to expand their operation out toward the 680 corridor. The work was extremely clean, they work fast, and are very professional making sure that everything is completed to your satisfaction. Top notch service and if anyone is looking for a plumber for any major remodel projects or if you have something small, they do it all and they do it right!

Val Betti Plumbing has been our go to for years. We find them to have competitive prices, excellent expertise and provide superior service. We’ve worked with several different plumbers from their office, most recently Ryan, and all have been fantastic.

Val Betti Plumbing installed a new faucet I had purchased when the old one became unrepairable. A worker had to come out a couple of times as there were subsequent issues -- the water intake valve developed a worn out gasket. Each time they came out the workers were professional and efficient at doing their work. The last person to come out gave us a full explanation of why the installation caused additional problems. He also advised us to be sure to record the purchase of the faucet since the brand we purchased has a life-time guarantee. (I didn't know this). Val Betti Plumbing is now our first choice plumber for all plumbing work in the future.

We contacted Val Betti Plumbing for a quote to repipe our house and install a tankless water heater. Old galvanized pipes dated back to the 1940's and tank heater was almost 20 years old. Valentino responded immediately and came out for an estimate. It didn't take long for him to evaluate what we had and let us know what they would do. We appreciated his thorough explanations of and walking us through the different jobs that would be performed. We promptly received a quote the very next morning.

Work commenced the following week. Chris, Mitch and Saul did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They worked diligently for the next four days and the results of their labor really shows - everything is streamlined and looks AWESOME. The crew provided regular updates as to what was going on with their plan of action throughout the project and what had been accomplished each day. They are all very skilled and efficient at their trade - and very personable and pleasant to be around!

We feel lucky to have linked up with Val Betti Plumbing to get this done as it was something our house had been in need of for a long time. Their hard work and professionalism throughout the entire process were greatly appreciated. We would give them 6 stars if we could!

I trust Val Betti to tell me the truth and not over sell their services. The estimators are knowledgeable and can usually do repairs the same day. I have also used them for more extensive work and the experience was great!
