I worked with Will Kreuzer over at LTC and he was exceptional. He guided me through the planning and setup and touched base regularly throughout the process. I always felt like I was in the loop with no unanticipated surprises cropping up. I really recommend the company based on my personal interactions.

I moved to Loomis over three years ago and LTC Construction has been my one and only Landscaper that i would ever use. Not only do they keep my landscape looking beautiful, but their professionalism and knowledge of their work is shown on a daily basis. My house is part of an association that encompasses seventeen parcels with an entrance of common area space that also includes a waterfall and small pond in a park like setting. Our HOA just recently hired LTC to take over the weekly Landscaping duties and already has improved the beautification of our Association's Main Entrance. Definitely, this Company is a Five Start Performer.

Will installed French doors and three windows for my home. They gave the house an instant facelift and it stopped the condensation from coming into the house and pooling on the window sills. He listened to what I wanted (modern and clean lines) and had great advice on making the the right choices. I definitely recommend LTC Construction.

Will at LTC did a killer job on my glass enclosures. I had them do 3 custom glass doors/enclosures for me. They all turned out great! Will is very professional and cares about his work- the craftsmanship shows!

Below is my honest review of LTC Construction.
After discovering major dryrot in our bathroom, I started the task of obtaining several estimates through numerous contractors. I had several issues going on. Our bathroom wall (exterior wall) literally was crumbling away between the shower tile and outside wood siding due to dryrot. The cause was a large leak from the bathroom ceiling skylight. Our home also had 5 other skylights spread throughout our homes ceiling, some of which showed signs of minor leaking. Lastly, our roof was in need of replacement. After having five separate contractors who provided bids/estimates, I chose to go with LTC Construction. My initial contact was with Will Kreuzer. I had an immediate connection with Will as he made me feel totally at ease and exuded a confident demeanor. Will definitely knew construction and listened to all of my concerns. Once the decision was made, Will, Nick and Joel Huppe immediately went to work in going over all of the paperwork in order to begin the project. Once that was completed, we were immediately assigned a project manager named Luis Gonzalez. Once the project began, I had a very thorough walk through with Will and Luis, where I also met LTC's other contractors, Rigo and Anastasia, who were also amazing! All were very knowledgeable and explained the repair/remodel process to me in great detail. None had a "can't do" attitude...it was the complete opposite. All had a solution to the issues and wanted to ensure all my concerns were covered. This all was foreign to me as my experience with previous contractors was a very negative experience with very little trust. I never experienced this with LTC Construction. Luis was at our home during every day of construction in order to oversee the project. Will checked in periodically to ensure we were satisfied with the work, and Rigo is one of the best individuals at construction I have ever met. His attention to detail is amazing, all while ensuring my wife and I were satisfied with the progress. The speed and quality of work was amazing considering the weather did not cooperate as we were hit with several large wind/rain storms. Specifically, during one evening windstorm, a good portion of the roof plastic covering open portions of the roof was blowing away. I made calls to Will and Luis, who both immediately handled the issue as Rigo was sent out and reattached the plastic, ensuring everything was secure and water/ windproof. I was amazed at the response due to being in the late evening, windy and dark. Lastly, the roofers associated with LTC were also amazing. They were very efficient, and the quality of work was top-notch.
So, in all, LTC completely remodeled our bathroom, removed all my dryrot, replaced a good portion of exterior siding, custom made an exterior hot water heater enclosure, enclosed a total of 6 skylights from inside out, added can lights and completed a total roof replacement. I can't express it enough that the quality of work by everyone associated with LTC is amazing. The whole process was so stress free that I still can't believe how smooth everything went. LTC has revived my confidence in contractors. However, LTC will be the only company I would use in the future as there is nothing their team can't do.

This is the third time we have used LTC for our landscaping needs. They are a family owned business which is apparent by their passion and commitment to quality work.
Our most recent project included complete landscape for front and backyard, a pool remodel, tree removal, waterfall, fencing, cement work, stone and brickwork, repairing a major drainage issue among other issues.
Bryan, the landscaper and arborist listened to our vision, surveyed our property and offered impressive suggestions for the type to of plant options which were functional to each area as well as visually appealing. He even went to help me pick out large planter pots to compliment our new pool
Patrick the pool designer was a joy to work
with. He implemented all of our wishes and thought of things we hadn’t thought of. The massive concrete work was flawless and we’re so happy we decided to change it from the outdated and cracked aggregate we had. The 30 year old nightmare of a pool was transformed into an updated version we could be proud of.
The crew was exceptional! They were always friendly and respectful and answered all my frequent questions regarding all aspects of the job. They were the hardest working people I have ever seen. Even on scorching days they arrived on time and put in a full day of work.
They always cleaned up the site before leaving which was very important to me.
We are extremely happy with the outcome and would 100% recommend LTC to anyone with landscape needs
