Will and his crew have done a phenomenal job on our master bathroom remodel. I feel like we asked for the impossible and it was delivered. Everything in our bathroom had moved locations and was rebuilt or replaced; with the exception of the toilet. After receiving other estimates for nearly twice the price of LTC, I was somewhat concerned about quality going in to the project, but was happily proven wrong about my concerns. I have future projects that I plan to use LTC for and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

From beginning to end, our family had an absolutely fantastic experience working with LTC construction. These folks are professionals and do amazing work. We had four new windows installed by them over the spring , and we were so happy with the quality of work and how the beautiful windows turned out, we will definitely be scheduling eight more windows to be replaced with them. The difference they make in noise reduction and heat insulation is incredible, and we love the way they look and (this is something I'd never even considered in a window before) how good they feel to open and close.

I cannot say enough about how great the team is here. Will and his crew did our installation and they were phenomenal, and took wonderful care of our home. The whole experience was 100% perfect, and we will absolutely work with them again!

Highly recommend LTC Construction group. We worked with Will to have new windows installed in our office building. He was great with communication and listened to our needs. He presented several options for us to choose from and gave detailed info about the pros/cons of each. The windows were installed without any issues and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

This place is so cool

Great company, great people.

I am a current resident at Brix 325, a new apartment complex in Santa Rosa that this company constructed. I have personally lost count how many times I have had to bother our resident maintenance staff for things that should have been taken care of by these contractors in the first place. Everywhere you look there is an apparent lack of care in the craftsmanship of these workers. Everything is poorly constructed, and there are eyesore flaws everywhere—everything from a lack of simple caulking, to now a leak in our bathroom wall. There are also huge gaps in the crown molding as well insufficient weather stripping of doors that we have reported as well. Poor water pressure and bad screws are also present. Mind you, this place is a new build, we have lived here only since end of February 2023, and I have filed more maintenance requests than I ever have compared to my previous apartment complex that was built in 2006. Best place to work at in 2022 by the Sacramento Business Journal? I can see why—it seems that they’ll hire anyone and obviously will not let go of those that are terrible at their job. I am truly astounded by this companies lack of care in their work. Their foremen should be thoroughly retrained or let go. I encourage anyone who has contracted DesCor to be wary and vigilant of their services and projects. I personally would avoid doing business with them at all costs.

UPDATE: I just found out that our really awesome maintenance man quit, and I know a huge reason for that was because of his frustration in dealing with a lot of the issues caused by these barely competent contractors. On one occasion, he told me had to go up on the roof for several buildings after people were reporting non-working A/C units, and it was merely because someone forgot to turn on a switch. It really saddens me to see this member of the apartment staff go.

Golden Coast Construction and Restoration Review

On June 4th 2025, our family home of over 53 years unexpectedly went up in flames. It was a near total loss but by the grace of God we were able to rebuild. On that day, I'm not sure where they came from but Golden Coast Restoration showed up at the scene. Robert and Elizabeth introduced themselves to myself and my sister who was residing in the home at the time. They made sure my family had a place to stay until we figured things out.

They explained the process of how they got involved. They met with us separately and explained what to expect from them (if they were selected them as our contractor) as well as our insurance company. We later met Rudy, their supervisor. All of them fully explained what was to happen.

Because the house 🏠 was so old there were code issues that needed to be addressed. If it were not for Golden Coast, I'm honestly not sure if the insurance company would have been forthcoming or even if the rebuild would have been as thorough as it was through Golden Coast. Also because the house was very old there was no exit at the back of the house, so we as a family opted to add a sliding patio door in the back, as well as other things that were not present in the house before the fire 🔥, i.e a dishwasher, ceiling lights in every room, etc. Rudy was very thorough and diligent and moving things around to minimize the out-of-pocket expenses that my family and I would be required to pay as it was not covered by insurance.

Rudy was very accommodating. We made so many changes lol, but he was very patient, thorough and responsive to each chane. Elizabeth, bless her heart, continually reached out to us over the months to check on us to see how we were doing and to see if we had any questions.

Cody the project manager was great. He was very responsive and always willing to meet us on site to allow us to pick the specific colors for what we wanted in the house, as well as to see the progress and ask any questions of him or anyone they contracted with.

On March 02, 2026 our home was complete and I met the Golden Coast staff at the house 🏠 to obtain the keys 🔑 to our newly remodeled home. The house 🏠 is great, amazing in fact. Golden Coast did a phenomenal job. We have absolutely no complaints and would certainly recommend Golden Coast to anyone. I give Golden Coast the maximum of 5 stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ because they certainly earned them in all categories available. Thank you so much Golden Goast.

Our house caught on fire 2-5-2025 and was finished on 4-1-2026,about 14 months. The restoration would have been faster
but our insurance company was very slow in paying our claim.
Golden Coast Construction did a very good job with the project
and the house is almost brand new,with new roof,flooring,all inside wiring,sheet rock,and kitchen. The finished home looks beautiful. We would recommend Golden Coast Construction.

He had an incredible ability to guide us with expert suggestions and thoughtful recommendations while still giving us the space to make our own decisions and create a home that truly felt like ours. We also deeply appreciated Rudy and his receptiveness to feedback along the way. Any questions or concerns were always met with professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to make things right. It was clear the team truly cared about the outcome and about our family’s experience throughout the rebuild.

The final result exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely love how our home turned out. We are so thankful to Golden Coast for helping us rebuild not just a house, but a home we are proud to be in again.
