I highly recommend Golden Coast Construction & Restoration. The day of our house fire on February 22,2024, was the worst day ever. I had no clue what was going to happen to us or our home or anything.I was so overwhelmed and stressed. Then Armondo from Golden Coast Construction showed up that night and he saw I was so overwhelmed and stressed out and he was more worried about me at that time and pulled me aside and told me all will be ok. Once I could understand things, Armondo then explained things to me about the boarding of the house. Armondo also contacted his Boss at Golden Coast Construction to let them know the situation of our home and informed them we had no where to go. They stepped up and found us a hotel right away for myself, my family and 2 dogs at a hotel nearby that we could stay at. The next morning Armondo came with the Golden Coast Construction Crew to sit down with myself and my husband to help us come up with a plan. They explained everything in detail. They then helped us contacted our insurance company at that time and got a claim started for us and even put us up for a 2nd night at the hotel until the insurance company could verify coverages and take over our hotel stay. Armondo and Golden Coast Construction have been by our side from day 1 of our house fire and throughout the whole process of putting our house back together. I even had a situation come up and I had no clue what to do and it stressed me out really bad and I went to Armondo and he said he know the right person to help me and he did he connected me with Greg at Golden Coast Construction, and yes Greg was able to help me solve my issue I had and put all the stress behind me for that issue and I was so grateful and thankful to Greg and Armondo for this big relief. We definitely made the right choice when choosing Golden Coast Construction & Restoration! As I said they have been by our side from Day one, Starting with Armondo by our side the night of the fire and through everything and still continue even after now being home to see how we are doing. What he did for us and how he approached me and more worried about me in the beginning won my trust and with his approach and meeting with The Golden Coast Construction Crew the next day and the time they took with us, not rushing us and explained everything to us and helped us contact our Insurance Company right there with us continued to win our hearts. They showed that they cared about us and we weren’t just a job. And throughout the whole process Armondo, Greg, our project manager George and the whole Golden Coast Construction Company Crew stood by our side and fought for us to make sure we got everything we had coming from the insurance company to put our house back together. And they did and because of all of them after 14 months our home was finished and on April 15,2025, our project manager, George who worked closely with me in making all the selections for our house, handed me the keys to our home completed, Brand New and Beautiful!! And all because of everyone at Golden Coast Construction & Restoration Company, from Armondo, Greg, George and all the crew. They are truly amazing and as I said, I highly recommend them! If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have gotten our house done as fast as they did and we wouldn’t have gotten to go home to the most Beautiful Brand New House. And after being all we went through the best feeling in the world was getting to go home and everyone at Golden Coast Construction made that happen!! So if anyone shows from Golden Coast Construction & Restoration and approaches you, especially Armondo, know that you have someone and a Company who is honest, trustworthy and will be there for you and your family and make sure you taken care of and that your home will be amazing when you return home. On Behalf of Myself and My family, we are truly Blessed, Thankful and Grateful to all that everyone at Golden Coast Construction has done for us!!

Still numb from the fire that ended in losses of life and our family home, I had no idea other than calling our insurance company what to do or expect from here. Enters Golden Coast to initially do the board up. From the first day that we met the team from Golden Coast, we felt a sense of hope. They carefully planned the rebuild and kept us in the loop. The rebuild stayed on schedule, the materials were beautiful and when we saw the finished product we were very happy. Still processing our loss, the kindness and professionalism as well as the beautiful work done rebuilding our family home have me a type of rebirth. There was a sense of hope born from the entire experience. We are very happy with the services provided, the turnaround time that the rebuild was completed, and the kindnesses extended throughout the entire year. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼

From the first phone call from Gold Coast Construction that they were boarding up my front door from a house fire to Feb 2,2026 the day the remodel was completed they made the process as simple and painless as possible.
Their adjuster and project manager were always there when I had questions and concerns. They responded to my texts and emails with in about 24 hours with the information I asked for. They handled the permitting process, inspection, and dealing with the insurance company also.
The ladies in the office that I dealt with for payment of the invoices and change orders were also very helpful, and nice.
They use builder trend. That was very helpful. I live out of California, so not being able to be at the site on a daily basis this helped me keep track of what was happening. I was able to see the schedule and weekly updates from the project manager.
I would recommend them if you do not know where to start.

Poor communication

Negative stars, I would not recommend there work in the slightest. From scheduling to the actual work, terrible. Our HOA has chosen this company for a clear reason, cheap cheap cheap. If you need any work done expect them to fix there original mistake more than once. Pure stress

They were awful! They spliced my internet cables and even refused to accept responsibility for the damage caused by them and my expenses that their Foreman emailed me a promise to pay all costs! They harassed and caused discrimination against me for my disabilities and race. They ended up talking the HOA and lying about me to get me actually evicted! It worked! July 31, and if i dont find another place to go, im homeless due to them. I have an atty. And will do my best to legally punish the supervisor. He put me in the hospital! Lazy workers. Play loud fiesta music 8-4! Not a good group in my view.

Very poor service. Excuse after excuse to replace flooring . Took from Nov 2024 till June 2025 to complete. The gentlemen doing the work were great.

We loved working with Construction 37 on our church remodel. It was a major project and the owner and staff worked closely with me to make important decisions and execute balancing budget and keeping quality. The workers cared deeply about the project and went the extra mile on everything they did. The owner & foreman where accessible and responsive the entire project. Their project bid beat their competitor by 30%. Thank you Construction 37 for getting the remodel completed.
