I have used ServePro on 2 occasions and was impressed and very satisfied with their services. The first time I used them it was for extensive water damage to my kitchen and hardwood floors caused by a broken pipe under my sink. They were always professional and lived up to their motto "like it never even happened"! The second time I used them it was to investigate a musty odor in my kitchen (different kitchen from previously mentioned water leak). They were unable to locate any leaks or moisture source so did not charge me for their visit. They also gave me some ideas to get rid of the musty odor-again free of charge. If i ever am unlucky enough to have water or fire damage again, they will be my first call.

Drew and his crew did such a great job. Worked fast, clean and hard and got the job done. Was a big mess they had to clean of heavy bricks and fence post but somehow they got it done above expectations

Scott was excellent! He kept me updated and was very patient with my tentativeness on the process as this was an unexpected home insurance claim and allowed me to verify coverage each step of the way.

My garage caught fire. It was unfortunate. Mr. Haynes with Servpro came through and really helped out. They put some air scrubbers in the house along with hydroxyl filters to get rid of the smoke smell that travelled inside as well as some cleaning in the areas that were closest to the fire. Him and his partner were both very professional and I plan on having them finish up the rest of the job.

Their initial response was really good as they were out within a day. A pipe had burst in the kitchen which caused some significant flooding and they brought out heaters and fans to address the issues.

Unfortunately once the initial emergency was over they're responsiveness was as well. I heard nothing for several weeks and then had to remind them they were supposed to be doing some testing. Once that was done my insurance company and the contractors were unable to get ahold of them for several more weeks, and I got the run-around when calling. It's now been 4 months since they incident and they have only just now completed demolition. I'm still not positive they did the abatement they claimed was necessary and any additional work will be done by someone else.

I would recommend them to come dry things out in an emergency, but for nothing else.

After having 15 new windows installed and leak, I was at a loss as to what to do next! I was diagnosed with mold toxicity and had to move out of my home. As sick as I have been, I have had to deal with their insurance company fighting me on everything. I had mold and water damage to walls, insulation, floors, and behind the cabinets. The professionals at ServPro completed mold inspections and mitigation. They have been amazing at taking over the stress of dealing with the company’s insurance. Arturo Guedea’s professionalism and kindness at organizing hour and hours to mitigate the entire operation has been amazing! Kim submitted reports and completed all of the visual and hours of required insurance information! Omar came in and supervised wrapping and securing my personal property and clothing to try to protect it from further mold and moisture damage. I was overwhelmed and so sick I could hardly function. The ServPro team of east Sacramento and El Dorado Hills have turned a hopeless situation around. Thank you Arturo, Kim, and Omar!

Mike and Sam from SERVPRO did an excellent job remediating significant water damage that happened inside our family room during the early January rain and wind storms. They were courteous and efficient and communicated clearly about the work they were doing.

Arturo Guedea was extremely helpful in ensuring our home was free from mold. He was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Arturo thoroughly answered my questions, and explained the steps I needed to take to finish my repairs. Although their location has been swamped with calls, Mr. Guedea squeezed me in to offer reassurance. He also provided me with his business card just in case I have any further questions.

Unfortunately my husband and I had to utilize SERVPRO’s services at our home. The team that was dispatched to our home Mike, Sam, Scott and of course David and Stonewall, were not only kind and respectful but professional and responsive. Thank you for EVERYTHING! These guys are keepers.

Ernie and his team did a great job. They were quick to respond, very thorough in their work, very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Kenny and Drew came out to dry my kitchen floor and they worked hard and were very professional. Ernie was very communicative and explained the process from beginning to end. I felt I was in good hands from beginning to finish. I highly recommend this team!

Absolutely recommend Servpro for demolition and growth (mold) inspection and treatment.

Servpro was very professional and followed up in a timely manner. The employees who performed the mitigation work were thorough and communicated during every step of the process. I was very impressed by how clean the work site was when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I called and talked to David, Sydney at the office, to Scotty and Bobby showing up ( on time) they were very polite and professional. Scotty and Bobby worked well together as a team and answered all our questions ( this was for my mom who had a water leak at her home). Scotty explained what they were doing and why and I appreciated that as I was learning by watching and what Scotty and Bobby were explaining to us. When my mom had a question or concern regarding something about her bathroom, they were very polite with her and didn’t shrug it off. Everything was explained clearly to us and even if we didn’t understand something and Scotty had to repeat the information he didn’t get frustrated with us. I would recommend SERVPRO to family and friends.

Servpro was efficient, professional and comprehensive. They made sure to answer all of my questions and made my home feel safe. Our local Servpro team came to our rescue when our house flooded on New Year’s Eve. From that first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was impressed with their knowledge of what needed to be done and every step was explained to me clearly and concisely. When issues arose, they explained my options and ultimately came up with solutions that worked for us. They were prompt and worked very hard every day until the job was finished. I felt confident in their knowledge and abilities and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner!
