Stella, Mini, Kenya, Mike and Drew from ServPro returned to today, with coordination from Dave, who all helped save me after my sewer line backed up into my master bathroom, bedroom and closet. All the ServPro crew every step of the way helped guide me and worked handed in hand with my insurance to help with dehumidifying, removing and listing all contents, disinfecting and cleaning the rooms after the drywall was removed. They also helped setup the contractors for asbestos mediation for m drywall removal, they helped set that up along with my insurance for everything that needed to be done. They also helped me get estimates for rebuilding and remodeling. After the room was remodeled and put back together, today they returned and just got done with the final steps of returning contents that were not damaged. And now my house is ready to be lived in and enjoyed with brand new remodeled clean goodness! They are super fast and efficient workers, they explained everything thoroughly and friendly and professionally. I would highly recommend Servpro for both small and large jobs. The first night they showed up they showed up about 10 o’clock at night when I needed them and worked throughout the night to get everything in motion as quick as possible before additional damage like mold could start to set in. The fact that ServPro already has established relationships with insurance companies makes it so they can easily get the work done as quick as possible and then just bill your insurance directly for the costs and just do their work and send the documentation to your insurance company and get it taken care of without you having to be the middleman on things is a huge help when something that causes huge stress and anxiety like a sewer line back up that disrupts your whole life takes place. It’s good to be able to set it down and let them pick it up and take care of it for you. Thank you ServPro!

Ghedeon came to help my 88 year old mother. Her water was shut off Saturday afternoon. Ghedeon called various departments, the plumber and found the problem in the backyard. Ghedeon was kind and patient. He was extremely competent and quick. I wish all people are like him. He was our hero that weekend.

They took care of EVERYTHING after the toilet backed up and flooded my house. They worked with my insurance and I barely had to pay anything out of pocket in the end. I appreciate all of their help and dealing with me when I was so stressed out. They were very patient and understanding.

Servpro was AMAZING in a time after Hurricane Ian. They spent a lot of time inspecting the entire house for water intrusion, very thorough. They advised of remedy work for problem areas. Impressive!!

Weird experience. It was Ghedeon I believe who came by for an estimate for mold on garage drywall behind the washer/dryer and potentially mold in the attic. He did not bring a ladder tall enough to actually enter the attic so he just looked from the very top of his short ladder, which was scary to watch. He seemed rushed or something and was calling a coworker for help who couldn't come apparently. He ended up saying it was not mold in the attic but debris which was great news. The quote for the drywall repair was quite high for the small section it was $800. A little while after he left, another servpro truck drives up, they see me, idle for a bit and then drive off without saying anything, so yeah, weird. But 3 stars for the quick estimate response and non moldy attic information.

Water intrusion into the home from Hurricane Ian. Several roofing flat slates were dislodged. Expertly checked by team for residual moisture and mold. Attentive to homeowner questions. Team leader provided clear and concise updates as the inspection went on. 3 previous experiences with ServPro. They’ve never been a disappointment.

SERVPRO explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. The crew completed the work efficiently and left the home clean. I appreciated their expertise throughout the process.

The Servpro people were great. They responded quickly to an emergency water situation which would have escalated into much more damage without their prompt attention. Ghedeon was concerned and professional and made us feel that we were in good hands. We highly recommend Ghedeon and his crew.

These 3 gentlemen, Ghedeon, Joseph, and Ilya did a great job. They explained everything that they were going to do and then after the paper work was done, they took care of everything. When they were done with the job, they cleaned everything up and took away all the debris left from the cleanup. I would recommend Servpro to everyone who needs work done. These men came to Florida from California to help with hurricane Ian and did an amazing job. I am very happy to have had their help.

When the insulation people accidentally blew all our old insulation into the house I freaked out. I was so stressed about how it was going to get cleaned up. The owner hired SERVPRO to do an emergency clean up. When I say they did an amazing & above and beyond job I mean it. I am so impressed.

They showed up 7pm ready to work hard.

The owner Ghedeon walked me through what they would be doing and gave me peace of mind.

Insulation is so fine and they vacuumed every inch of the house and wiped it all down. They didn’t leave anything untouched. They also brought in air scrubbers for every room. They worked so hard we couldn’t have any fans or the air on and it was 96 and they hustled. Our daughter is 10 1/2 and has Lego kits and they worked their magic. Her room alone was full of stuffed animals legos and books. But they didn’t miss an inch.

I can’t thank them enough. My house is so clean down to the light bulbs and the vents.

What a great experience I had with Servpro’s Ghedeon and his brother. They came into my home and thoroughly inspected ALL of it, and explained the meters and equipment they used and the results of the readings. They were professional, articulate in expressing their services, and I felt reassured that Servpro was the “way to go” when unexpected disaster strikes.

After an electrical fire in our main distribution panel, our theatre was filled with smoke and an awful smell. There are 300 seats and theatrical lighting appliances through the space. Knowing the soot needed to be cleaned from all of our fixtures, I picked up the phone and called ServPro SE. Gheddy came out immediately and his crew started the restoration process. This was a huge job. Cleaning props, curtains, lighting fixtures, walls, floors, air ducts, painting, etc., the ServPro team worked endlessly to make sure our facility was restored…better than before! The building was without power during this whole time. Generators were on site and the ServPro team made sure they were never without fuel, making trips in the middle of the night to fill them. With the logistics around having to reschedule much of what the facility was used for and amount of time that took, the restoration process was something I never had to worry about! I would not hesitate to use ServPro SE in the future if needed.
