I woke up after last month's storm with water dripping from the ceiling and window. A friend recommended SERVPRO of SE Sacramento to me and I thank him even today for that. They did an excellent job, drying the floor and replacing the damp walls. They worked with my insurance and gave me a price that was also quite affordable. I highly recommend them.

We had a flooding incident and Ghedeon has been nothing but helpfully the entire time. He showed up the same day for inspection and within a week the project was completed and the flooring was repaired. Ghedeon and his crew were EXCELLENT. They were very professional and informational. Ghedeon exceeded our expectation. He was efficient and friendly, and I was comfortable welcoming them into my home. They are certainly deserving of a excellent review.

ServPro came to us during a water disaster. Our roof was uncovered during a rain event. The minute they walked into our home they explained in detail what they could do and what it would take to save us from having to tear out water soaked walls & floors. We approved and next day they were here and began a very extensive drying process which included removing all the wet insulation to prevent mold. They were here every day until they were satisfied everything was done to our satisfaction.

The entire crew worked endlessly doing what needed to be done.
They were all very respectful of us and our belongings. We are very grateful they helped us thru a very trying time.

We had some water damage recently but SERVPRO saved the day for us. They showed up on time, actually early, and they did a great job cleaning up the place. Their workers are very professional and respectful. We are very happy with the work provided by SERVPRO.

Servpro came to our home to do an inspection of our roof, electrical, water heater, heating and air conditioning, plumbing. They took pictures of everything possible and wrote an 85 page report with pictures. Our insurance agent said that they had never seen such a detailed report before and were very impressed. As of today we have been approved for new homeowners insurance thanks to the professional report that was by Servpro. I highly recommend contacting them if you need an inspection of your home.

My experience working with Giddeon and Ashley of Servpro of Sacramento was extremely favorable. One of our rental properties was completely flooded under the house with sewer water. A sewer pipe broke, and the tenant never reported the issue. This turned into a huge project. The tenant had to be relocated. Giddeon and Ashley coordinated and worked the entire project. This job required electricians, plumbers, engineers and mold specialists. They managed the whole project and kept me updated regularly. I happen to manage other properties and having them manage this project was a big relief for me. They also put the house back together one thousand percent better than it was before. I would recommend their company.

This Servpro franchise turned a simple bedroom water damage repair into a 4-month ordeal of delays, no-shows, and poor communication.

I filed a claim on Feb 14. After a brief initial visit on Feb 20 to take photos and measurements, the project spiraled into chaos. Demo began March 26, but drywall — scheduled for April 2 — was delayed repeatedly. At nearly every step, I faced miscommunication, unclear timelines, and zero accountability.

On April 4, the team was rushed, rude, and dismissive. They failed to identify moldy, unsalvageable flooring — a mistake that set us back another week. It wasn’t until the franchise owner visited on April 11 that this was finally acknowledged. I provided replacement flooring info that day. But by April 30, Servpro still hadn’t sent a quote to my insurance. Only after I followed up directly did Servpro suddenly “finish” it.

Even after approval on May 7, they forgot to deliver drywall before the installer arrived May 14. No call. No apology. I had to follow up again, setting a completion date myself.

Then it got worse: a Servpro employee walked directly into my home without knocking, startling my dogs and upsetting my wife. His response? “I’ve been here before.” No respect for our space or safety.

Tile and painting were delayed due to more scheduling failures. On May 28, flooring arrived but Servpro again miscommunicated with painters, who were left waiting without materials. The subcontractor even had to fetch the tile himself. More wasted time. More frustration. Finally, tile and paint were completed June 4 — nearly four months after the claim began.

The subcontractors (drywall, paint, flooring) were excellent. They showed up, did quality work, and were respectful. The real issue is Servpro’s management. Disorganized, unprofessional, and totally indifferent to how much time and energy they wasted.

The only thing they moved fast on was collecting the $1,000 deductible during the final walkthrough.

Bottom line: Servpro showed no urgency, no ownership of mistakes, and no regard for the customer experience. I was left rescheduling my work, chasing updates, and managing the project myself — the very thing I hired them to do. If they were stretched thin by wildfire recovery, they should not have taken on this job.

If you want something done right, hire anyone but this franchise. Servpro’s internal chaos caused unnecessary stress, delays, and inconvenience. I cannot recommend them.
