We went with sac pool pros because we wanted a salt water pool at a reasonable price. Like many people who have written poor reviews here, we experienced several problems from beginning to end. First they told us to sign the contract even though we didn't love the rendering/design. They let us know we could change it before install - but they installed exactly what was drawn rather than making any changes. They gave a small discount for that. Next, there were incredible delays due to repeated errors on their part (concrete work was especially problematic - they had to come out 3x for that). Our project was supposed to finish in 4 months but took 11. You have to call them for updates, they never called us except to say when a payment was due. You can try to get in touch with them via phone, email, voicemail - there's no way that consistently works. When you speak with Dave, as many mentioned, he is unprofessional and incredibly defensive (including cursing on our phonecalls which was shocking to me). Ultimately, they did resolve most of the issues we had and finished the project - and the pool looks fine! But, just be warned if you're going to go with this company you may have a lot of frustration to get to the finish line.

I've had Sac Pool Pros cleaning my pool for 6 years now they do a great job pool and equipment is always maintained properly and they are always friendly with my dogs.

Where do I start. This is the best Pool builder in town! A ++ customer service! It started with an in home consultation. Their designed team is great. Dave, the owner is amazing and walked us through the whole process. Tammye made sure to keep constant communication with me and my wife through the whole build process with scheduling and permitting inspection dates. Brandon went above and beyond showing exactly how our pool panel controls work and walked us through the whole set up process. Our pool looks amazing. I highly recommend Sac Pool Pros if you are considering building a pool. Thank you to the whole Team!

When we bought our new home build in 2024, we knew we would be putting in a pool. We looked at numerous pool builders in the area and decided to build with Sac Pool Pros. It was important to us to build with an established company who we knew would be around 5-10 years after our build with a strong warranty. We worked closely with Will to design our pool (and we went through several iterations). Josh was our project manager and did a great job throughout the building process. He provided consistent communication and set expectations each step of the way. He was attentive to my questions and was quick to fix any issues along the way that were not immediately addressed by the various work crews (e.g. broken tile, etc.). The pool is beautiful and delivered a month ahead of our initial schedule. We would highly recommend Sac Pool Pros!

Working with them was a breeze. We chose our plaster texture, and they took care of everything, including cleanup! The method was simple and straightforward, and the plaster turned out beautifully. It's still holding up great after a few weeks. Excellent service and superb workmanship.

I requested quotes from about 10 different pool companies. Only 4 responded, and just 3 actually came out for an estimate. Out of all of them, Sac Pool Pro was the only one who showed up on time, provided a quote promptly, and followed up afterward. Most other companies either missed appointments, didn’t send quotes, or stopped communicating.
I decided to move forward with Sac Pool Pro for now, we’re currently working on permits and planning. I’ll post an update later once things progress further.

Excellent builder. They hit all the milestones like clockwork. Dave the owner and project manager is a pro. All around. We got hit with 2 Storms and they still finished on time. I had a complex project and they dealt with it without a hitch. Big shoutout to all at Sac Pool Pros: Will (great customer service), Dave (great delivery) and Tammy (great communication skills). Glad to see a local company deliver such high standards of quality. If I build a new pool I will bring them in board any time. 5 stars company.

Originally, Sac Pool promised a 1-month turnaround for my pool construction, but it ultimately took 4 months. While I was initially concerned about the delay, I understand it wasn't a "rush process" and appreciate the time their experienced teams took to create a clean and high-quality final product. My only point of improvement would be communication. Instead of having customers inquire weekly about the next team's arrival, upfront transparency about potential wait times would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new pool and thank Sac Pool for their dedicated work.

Excellent service! The staff was very helpful and professional. The design team went through all the details and took into consideration everything that we wanted to be detailed into this pool project! The construction crew was very professional and understanding to all the Minor details that we wanted to be implemented into our pool project! The final result was amazing and we have been enjoying it since completion every day!

Friends recommended Sac Pool Pros to us and we could not have been more pleased with their work building our pool and bluestone patio. Their team was very responsive, professional and overall did an amazing job. Their follow up has been great with service and maintenance questions and helping us learn how to use and take care of our pool.

We had an absolute nightmare at our hair salon after hours when clogged drains caused a backup and the toilet overflowed, running all night. Walking in the next morning was overwhelming to say the least.
