Had our pool resurfaced late Fall 2023. Unfortunately, a plaster issue arose shortly after that needed repair. It would require emptying the pool again. The winter was very wet which prolonged the repair date until last week. However, the customer service was solid and the construction team were professional and very accommodating throughout entire process. They also covered the cost to refill and recondition the water. It wasn’t an ideal situation, but life is rarely favorably predictable. I have nothing but appreciation for Lauren and the crew. I would do business with Adams Pools again -

We contacted Adams Pool Specialties in November 2023. Our representative was Matt Andrew. Matt was very professional and easy to talk with. Matt suggested a number of ideas and we decided to go ahead with the contract. Customer service was solid and the construction teams were very professional, prompt, and arrived on time throughout the construction. Yes there were days when the weather was bad but the rescheduling was made immediately. As the pool was being remodeled we met with Mike Butler, the design consultant and we decided to replace our current landscaping in the front and backyard. We also had a professional putting green installed. The whole project took a little over three months to complete. Communication between the project manager, and crew managers was excellent. The pool looks amazing with the pebble finish and the landscape is fresh and beautiful with color and texture. Thank you Matt, Michael and Camilo. Adams, you did a great job.!

I cannot recommend Adams Pool in Sacramento more highly. They redid our in-ground pool back in 2009 and it still looks and functions beautifully today. Even better is the level of support they have provided me over the years. Recently, I had a problem with the pool that I had not encountered in over 20 years of maintaining our pool. After working with two other companies, who could not fix the problem, I called Adams again, after all these years. When I explained the situation, they scheduled an appointment for someone to come out. That person was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes!!! This is an excellent company to do business with. I give them my highest recommendation.

Adams Pool was able to repair a large crack inside the skimmer. No other company was willing to take on the job.

Mike Butler showed off his brilliant landscape design skills. Our front yard and courtyard designed by Mike is the envy of our neighborhood and enhanced the value of our home.

Adams rescued us after another company cracked our pool filter intake while re-setting our patio deck bricks, and never copped to it. Adams jumped in and fixed the broken intake, repaired the deck (again), resurfaced and refilled the pool. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They are pros.

Adams Pools does a great job. We had a pebble tech or a pool about five years ago and it’s fantastic And just recently, we have them replaced the tile around the pool and it’s a Beautiful job.
