I was very pleased with the complete renovation of my pool. I felt I received great suggestions as we designed it from Yimi our foreman and his experience was valuable as he brought our older pool into the current innovations. He made sure I was part of all decisions and wanted to make sure I was happy with the final results. I think one of the most impressive things about the company is their customer service. It’s one of the things that give them such a great reputation along with the quality of their work. They showed up when they said they would and they were finished when they said they would be. Yimi was always available when I called or would get right back to me. I have referred Adams Pools to three of my neighbors and all of them used them and were very happy they did. They were grateful I shared.

I loved working with Adam pools. They were very responsive and professional, and even supported us in working through difficulties with other contractors or subcontractors I would definitely recommend them. Matt and Doug were wonderful!

Excellent work, and would highly recommend IF you make absolutely certain that you owe them enough money before you agree that the work is done that you have some sort of leverage. That’s the only way you can make sure the work will be completed. We are very happy with the work they did, but we were left with a PITA final step in the project. I don’t know if it was a calculated move on their part but once they realized they had 39,500 out of 40k collected they had zero incentive to finish the job and left me trying to get someone to come out a complete the job. Super frustrating. So do yourself a favor. Withhold enough that it is worth their time to finish the job. That final step costs two stars in my book. If they spent as much effort finishing the job as they have soliciting reviews, they’d get 5 stars. I can only share my experience. It might seem ridiculous, but they agreed to at least attempt to make the color match. Of course trying to get someone to come out to do just this is impossible for $500. Plus my time.

Adam’s pool is fantastic! They refinished our very large and very old fiberglass pool and turned it into a gorgeous pebble retreat! The pool was very old and needed a lot of fixing but they walked us through every hiccup and were so kind and helpful. Even after the pool was finished they came back to help walk us through how to open and clean the pool filter as we are first time pool owners and didn’t know anything! Thank you!

Adams Pool and Landscape Specialties renewed my pool and backyard landscape, irrigation and lighting after a neighbor’s large eucalyptus destroyed the yard in a storm. They refinished the pool and tile, and recently, completely renewed the surrounding landscape with additional soil and bark, trees, plants, new drainage, drip watering and lighting. I am so grateful for their efficient and professional work, and great communication throughout! Our yard looks fantastic!

We had Adams do our pool surfacing because our pool contractor uses them but if we were to choose directly we would definitely go with Adams. Quick, on-time, professional. The results were great!

In addition, they have a landscaping group who gave us a great, competitive bid for redoing our backyard around the new pool and were thoroughly professional. I can't say enough good things about Mike Butler, Tony, and the rest of the Adams Landscape group!

I have been working with Adam Pool’s for at least 25 years for all my projects. Adam Pool has done great job with great Quality and professional work. And if there is any issue, they will handle it without any problems. They always stand behind their quality work Without any hesitation or extra charges. I highly recommend them.

Repairman was very fast and friendly, fixed the problem quickly. Great job!

Made several mistakes and it's been since March 10 of last year when they started and we are still not swimming. Company has changed ownership.

They used to be good but have really gone downhill. Save yourself some money and get a pool testing kit, chemicals, and a pool scrubber if you want things done properly.

Kenny is very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnostic and repair work. He’s friendly and answers any questions we have.

Mark, I appreciate you getting back to and finding the part I need in a timely fashion. You and your company have come through for me on more than one occasion to resolve my pool and equipment needs.

They built our pool about 25 years ago and we were very happy with the professional job they did from beginning to end. Mike M. designed our pool. Great job! They are pricy though, I guess you get what you pay for.

Mike came out and we gave him a check to create a design and present to us. 9 months later no design has been provided to us and I have called several times asking for a refund and get the go around. Very unprofessional company. They take your money and do no keep their word.

This company illegally dumped the putrid, stagnant contents of an entire swimming pool into a protect waterway creek and then lied to the city environmentalists and said they rarely did business in Roseville. Additionally they dumped the contents of the spa in the sewer without obtaining a permit. They thought they wouldn't get caught.

Service was great... responsive, relevant and friendly. Marc, Kevin and Kenny really went all out to resolve our pool equipment issue ASAP. Much appreciated.
