I had a slow ceiling leak that had been there for years, and honestly, I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to deal with the headache of getting multiple quotes and trying to find the right company.

I ended up getting several quotes — some affordable, some way overpriced — but Triple R stood out immediately. Their pricing was fair, and what really impressed me was how clearly they explained what they would do and why. Their expertise made sense, and they walked me through everything during the quote process in a way that made me feel confident and informed.
Once I accepted the bid, they set clear expectations for the schedule and the work. Alejandro kept me updated throughout the entire process. From the Monday quote to having their A‑team crew out by Wednesday, everything moved quickly and smoothly. They even sent me photos through their website during the repair so I could see the progress in real time. They also gave me helpful recommendations for future roof maintenance, explaining the “why” behind each suggestion.

I didn’t move forward with the extra recommendations yet because my priority was fixing the leak and replacing the broken tiles, but I saved everything and fully intend to call them back when I’m ready. There was absolutely no pressure — just honest, professional guidance.

I asked 3 different roof companies all with 5 star reviews to bid on a leaking skylight, they were the least expensive and also the only one who would warrantee the work. I felt good enough about them to ask them to bid on a roof replacement along with 2 other companies. As I already knew they did good work from everything I read, it wasn't difficult to pick them. Once again they had the best estimate, were responsive, professional, and thorough. I will always use them.

Rogelio and his team did a great job with replacing our roof. He was very transparent with all the steps and answered our questions through the process. We had a minor issue with the delivery company at our home but Rogelio and his team were able to quickly help us resolve the issue.
