When our home flooded in Folsom this past July Servpro SE came out immediately to begin mitigation work. They did a great job and moved quickly to remove all items from the home and begin the drying process. The entire staff was very kind and professional. Working w owner Gideon went great and he was present on the job the entire time. Servpro made sure every detail was complete to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of restoration work.

Great experience working with ServPro of SE Sacramento, employees were very clean and courteous, did lots of detail work to assure place was left clean and even when work was performed they were very meticulous to keep it contained. New insulation, drywall, texture and paint all done to perfection from a bad roof leak. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom turned out so beautiful and the customer service was amazing anytime i would call with a question Ali was awesome. Drago who did the remodeling was very informative, attentive, listened and definitely knows his stuff. We couldnt be more happy with our bathroom!

I recieved a $500 reimbursement for writing this honest review. ServPro had completed the mitigation process and my insurance claim has covered that portion but they wished to charge me 6k-7k for repairs for water damage and a pipe leak under my bathtub that spread into my bedroom closet, toilet, and flooring. My insurance was supposed to cover all of this so I let ServPro go and hired someone else to do the same job for no money. They also picked up their equipment and now my drywall in the room is left damaged.

Beware of Ashley. Terrible manners and customer service. Overly aggressive to close the deal. No Ashley, claims are not assigned without the homeowners approval FIRST. No Ashley, you would not be assigned a project without you knowing who the adjuster even is. Good try though, I'm sure your aggressive tactics work on people who are ignorant and intimidated by a little rude person like you. No Ashley, we would NEVER do business with you. Yes Ashley, I have our meeting with Ruben on my living room Ring cam and I am happy to cover it with your boss.

The equipment was left in place from Monday to Friday, and they returned to monitor progress and ensure everything was safe for my tenants. I was especially grateful for their attention to safety—no exposed cords or hazards were left behind.
What really stood out was how respectful they were of my property. Every time they came, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the space better than they found it. Their office team was also fantastic—scheduling was smooth, and I was always informed of when they were coming and who would be arriving. The communication was consistent, professional, and reassuring.

After SERVPRO of SE Sacramento handled the initial water damage and mold prevention at my rental property, I hired them for the next phase: replacing the insulation and repairing the ceiling. Once again, they exceeded my expectations.
The team not only installed new insulation perfectly but also repaired the ceiling so that everything looks just like it did before the leak. During the earlier setup for the dehumidifier, a slightly larger hole was made than planned. I barely noticed it, but the owner, Gideon, did—and without hesitation, he promised to fix it. True to his word, they repaired it beautifully. That level of integrity and attention to detail is rare and so appreciated.

After experiencing a category 3 flood in my salon over the weekend, I called the team at around 8:30 on a Saturday night, and they were there to help within the hour. Francisco and Cynthia did an amazing job deep cleaning/detailing my car! My car was stolen and was filled with junk and dirt and they deep cleaned the car and it looks brand new! Great job will definitely come back if I ever need another detail or deep cleaning! The even glued my rubber clutch pedal grip that had fallen off without request! 10/10 great service.

We had such a mess from a sewage leak. Zack and his crew were recommended by our homeowners insurance. They came in and did such a great job. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and got the problem totally resolved. They were friendly, courteous, and prompt. We couldn’t have asked for better service!!

I hired ServPro of South Central Sacramento to sanitize a bathroom and hallway that got flooded by a clogged sewer main. They were fast and efficient and were willing to work around my limited budget for the project (since I was paying for the cleaning out of my own pocket). They cleaned everything up in under 2 hours and left everything in good order. I'd use them again if I had that sort of an emergency crop again.

I waited over 8 yrs to put a pool in. I got quotes from several companies. After meeting with Eric for a consult I was beyond happy. The design was perfect & pricing was great too. They have been nothing but absolutely incredible since day 1. I did see reviews about the owner being rude. I have had none of those experiences. They have been nothing but great. Sac Pool Pros built my pool in 2021. The experience I had with Zack, the designer/salesperson was great, he was super flexible and had really great, insightful design ideas. We ended up going with a shape and positioning that maximized the space and size of my yard, and allowed me to do something else on the other side, instead of the pool taking up the entire yard, which is small to begin with.

Although we had some bumps in the road with leadership and some communication issues I feel like the company has been very supportive and responsive over the last few years in terms of answering my questions and addressing things with equipment. I know they are trying very hard to meet the demand and every client's needs and it all comes down to effective, caring, and kind communication and listening skills.

Their pools are top-notch and their crews are very smart, helpful, and professional. Other reviews mentioned damage to fences and landscaping and yes these things do occur. Perhaps they could be addressed prior to the contract being signed because they are inevitable. Setting expectations is very important with clients who have never built a pool, and knowing and understanding that things will be damaged and have to be fixed later most likely. Our price was very competitive and our pool was done in 3 months, and yes that was 3 years ago. Many more homes in the area now.

Again, Dave the owner has been very responsive with questions and concerns I have had over the years, and definitely did not ghost me when I had a problem with a leak in my equipment. It was fixed ASAP. My sweeper was recently spinning in place and my maintenance company was going to repair it for a fee since it was out of warranty. When I contacted Dave he replaced it right away as it was only out of warranty for a couple of months unfortunately.

I really appreciated the great customer service and communication.

And I'm totally in love with my pool. It's heaven. 🌊
