Good work on a stucco repair job. Worked with me to give me what I want and was one of only a few who wasn't afraid to work for a construction engineer. I'm demanding and knowledgeable so some lesser contractors won't even bother because they can't rip me off.

Great outfit! Prompt and professional and able to complete multi-trades (paint, drywall, utility lines, etc). Did a really nice job repairing laundry room, which involved temporarily removing water heater.

I know the work of owner and his team well and they are fantastic! Fence repair, electrical work, plumbing work, painting, you name it, they do just about everything you can think of for your home except a maid service! I wish that I still lived in their service area because I'd hire them in a heartbeat over any other company.

Caldwell Construction recently completed a fairly large renovation of the back of our 1920’s house. We’re very happy with the quality of their work. The cost was fair and the owner was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns.

Caldwell Construction is an exceptional contractor! William and his Team were so professional from the tear down of my small porch to a full framed in addition to the front of the house (adding 225 square feet to my small home). William always stood by his word, checked on the project and his team was always right on!!!! From the framing to the rebuild, which with little old houses you never know what might be an issue, the entire team was a joy to work with! They were diligent, professional and I always felt their work ethic was superb! I would highly suggest you contract with William and his Team! OH, and is office was a pleasure to work with also! Caldwell construction has helped us with a number of jobs over the years. Recently we had a time sensitive electrical project to complete. The Caldwell team was able quickly complete high quality work and our project was on time. On top of the excellent job on the electrical work, their team did a great job communicating with us to help plan our project.

Caldwell Construction has done several projects for us over the past few years and we have never been disappointed! We did a full kitchen renovation with them, a bathroom update as well as recently a few more minor repairs around the house. The entire crew from the office staff answering the phones and emails to the contractors doing the on-site work, everyone has always been prompt and courteous and the work performed was always well done. I recently had water leaking into an electrical outlet in my home. I sent a picture of the damage it was causing to Caldwell construction. William, the owner of the company, saw the picture on his phone while he was conducting a site visit. He immediately flagged my issue as top priority and grabbed his top electrician and plumber and was at my home in about 20 minutes! I didn't realize how dangerous the problem was but William did! I wasn't charged anything above and beyond although their service certainly was! They did a fantastic job taking care of my home like it was their own. I highly recommend Caldwell Construction! They saved me!
