Wow! What a great experience for my Granite Bay home kitchen and bar remodel! A friend of mine used Soto for 3 major remodels and a new build. I had seen this company’s work already and was super impressed. The first time I met Augustin Soto he was far more professional and knowledgeable than the other contractors that bid my job and he also had great ideas and insight about design issues. They have a great team and all the guys were very friendly and professional. They were there every day until the job was done. Never any “no show” days or contractor excuses that I always dread when doing a house project. We also ran into some unexpected surprises after demo that required more work for Soto but I was never charged more. Soto is very honest and very reasonable and he was there EVERY DAY and you can tell that he GREATLY cares about the quality of his work and he wants to always make sure the customer is happy. His communication was fantastic. I own a lot of real estate and work with contractors constantly over the last 25 years and Soto was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. His design ideas and talking me through why we might wanna change the plan up here and there was INVALUABLE! He just really cares and treated my home as if it was his own. I now regularly refer Soto to everyone I can. The whole experience and project went waaaaay better and way smoother than I ever imagined it would. And his prices are reasonable! He’s doing honest good work and not trying to rip people off.

This was one thing I have wanted to do for Mom and Dad for quite a long period of time. They've been using this small, old space for so many years, and I felt they deserve something new, a bit fancier, modern. I found the place, and they didn't just get what I wanted but went beyond: marble walls, smooth glass, and even the rain showerhead. It's like something out of one of those luxury home shows. They were so cool, from the tiniest details to everything huge. Now, every time I go home, Mom says it feels like a spa, and Dad's proud to show it to everybody who comes over. Seriously, if you wanna make a change to your family's space, these guys are it!

I'm really lost as to how I should go about my kitchen renovation; all I really want to be able to make is something that I can be proud of-something beautiful and functional but not so luxurious that I freak out with its maintenance or upkeep. Every option which I came across was either too expensive or too complex for me to carry out properly. Just when I had almost given up on the whole idea, I came across this brilliant team which helped me with everything that I needed. They really listened to all my ideas and preferences, guiding me to choose the cabinets and flooring that were exactly what I wanted and well within the budget I had set. Every day, pride swells in my heart as I enter that lovely kitchen. It is just exactly how it should be-just as it was in my mind and I had asked for, and without having to stretch the budget beyond its limits. If anyone out there feels lost and frustrated as I did, do not hesitate to call them; they are committed, and they will take good care of you.

We are so happy with the way it has turned out. We wanted practicality with strength in the design, and they just did such a great job. With three small children, we needed something basic but appealing. First, the rain showerhead is great; it is basic but feels luxurious without overdoing things. They did exactly what we wanted: made it fresh and timeless, knowing it will work for us for many years. It is very representative of the space we had envisioned for our crazy family life.
