The work was great but more importantly Communication was open and consistent throughout the whole process, felt comfortable and satisfied every way through. Summit Building Group built an outdoor living space for me inclusive of an awning, outdoor stamped and stained concrete patio and kitchen with gas line ran to it... We couldn't be more happy with the outcome and the communication, working with their team! I highly recommend their construction services to anyone!

After I moved into my home I needed both my bathrooms updated, I knew this was the first project I wanted to tackle as they were old and outdated.  I had a budget in mind and asked Summit Building Group to maximize the value in terms of spec level of materials being used.  They came back with plans and options that were within my budget and two weeks later I couldn’t be more impressed.  This company has an amazing crew.

Recently had some water damage to our ceiling and I had no idea where to start. I posted on nextdoor and got several replies and offers to come see the damage/fix the work, but Angelo's message stood out so I decided to go with him. Angelo was super knowledgeable and thorough in the initial inspection and worked with my homeowner's insurance to get the estimate, required information, and images in for the claim to be approved. He and his workers got the repairs swiftly done and the ceiling looks as good as new. The process was really smooth and he made it much easier than I imagined and stress free.

I had foundation vent replacement and surrounding stucco repaired due to water damage. Work was done very thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the completed job.

We had such a great experience with Summit Building Group and I’m honestly so happy with the work they did. From the start, Angelo and his crew were professional and reliable. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and found and fixed a leak in our home pretty quickly. The whole thing was handled smoothly, which really set a positive tone for the rest of the project.

After the leak was fixed, they got started on laying down LVP flooring in our kitchen, dining room, family room, and both bathrooms. The floors turned out amazing! We’re really happy with how they look. They also installed custom baseboards, which they painted fully and made sure they looked perfect. But the real standout for us was the custom peninsula they built, complete with sleek stainless steel countertops and a beautiful sink. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The cabinets they built for us are gorgeous too—modern, clean lines, and they fit the space so well.

Angelo’s team passed the building inspection no problem, but they also made some really helpful suggestions for other repairs down the road. They took care of electrical work and any cosmetic touch-ups we asked for, all at a very reasonable price. They even offered payment plans, but we ended up paying up front.

Big thanks to Lindsay and Chuck for their attention to detail and amazing craftsmanship. We’re so happy with how everything turned out, and Summit Building Group is definitely the first place we’ll call for any future projects!

After receiving multiple quotes for our roof replacement, we decided to go with Summit Building Group- and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Their team was amazing from start to finish. Every day they work efficiently and cleaned up so well that it looked like no one had even been on the job site. They replaced both out house and shed roofs, and the quality of their work was outstanding.

Used Caldwell Construction to enclose an open loft and convert it into a bedroom in our condo and they were amazing. Due to the condo's open space design, nearly every room was exposed to the job site at some point. But they respected our home, cleaned up thoroughly every single day before leaving, and made living through it way more manageable than expected. On time, on budget, great communication, and the finished work perfectly matches the interior architecture and doesn't look like an afterthought. Would definitely use them again.
